She has kept me informed at every stage of the works being done and checked to see that I have been happy with the work and workmen undertaking it. Always friendly and happy with nothing too much trouble. More people like this when dealing with the public would be brilliant- there is a lot to be learned from her in how to be efficient and pleasant at all times.

From start to finish the whole process with Switch Energy has been absolutely great. Callum explained every stage of the work so it was easy to understand & we knew in advance when all of the work would be happening.

For the internal wall insulation we had Alex & his team, who were incredible, extremely efficient, professional & just made the whole process so easy for us.

We then had Luke, Josh & Charlie for our heating system who were absolutely great, again very efficient, professional & a great team who we genuinely enjoyed having working in our home.

I'm really pleased with the quality of the work, the time frame over the 2 to 3 weeks, and the professionalism of the teams who have been doing the work.

I recently had an offer of a Home Improvement Grant under the eco4 scheme. The heating system was upgraded from oil boiler to an air source heat pump,all radiators in the cottage replaced along with solar panels being installed.
Before this the original stone walled areas were internally insulated and then re plastered.outside the extension was given damp course and cavity wall insulation.
Trickle vents and extraction fans were also fitted throughout the property as needed.
The process initially appeared daunting. However right from the start through to completion all of this amazing upgrade was coordinated brilliantly by Michael at Switch Energy. Everything, including a few small snags along the way being dealt with quickly,efficiently and successfully.

I must praise the care, consideration and professionalism of all concerned.
A special mention for the superb internal insulation and plastering team. Extreme care was taken to minimise any disruption and mess in the cottage throughout. The men were truly skilled and ensured that each day they left only after cleaning and ensuring that we could sleep with minimal stress.
The air source team worked tirelessly taking great care to explain each step of the process.
The electrical teams, given a few problems with the original wiring were not phased and quickly resolved any issues.
I couldn’t believe how quickly the solar system was installed and up and running, amazing work from all concerned.

Given that my property is very remote and I have an incredibly large dog everyone found me and became friends with the slobber dog.

Incredible well organised and helpful.
It was an overwhelming experience with the amount of people and equipment involved. We loved every moment of it. Our project manager, Anna Morrisroe, was incredibly helpful and always on the other line of the phone if I needed her.

Great communications. Switch Energy explained the process of upgrading very clearly. They kept in contact through the entire process, giving me dates when contractors would be starting the work and how long each upgrade would take. Through phone calls, text messages and emails, they confirmed details and asked how each stage was progressing. Would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Very, very pleased with Switch Energy and all the sub contractors, that they engaged to carryout the work.

Had various installations done via a government scheme back in 2021. Had various problems at the time which took a long time to fix? Meaning we actually lost out on part of the scheme due to delays and scheme ending.

We have had an issue with the Hive system they installed so had an engineer come to fix. He asked me if long John silver had originally installed my system as the job was shocking. Not only had they installed a single reciever in stead of a duo for my water. The wiring was not tied back or fitted properly and the engineer said its the reason why my Hive system was no longer working.

Firstly I would like to say how organised and professional Switch Energy is 5⭐️ for Tamarah who pulls everything together with amazing efficiency. As well as being a lovely, kind and considerate person. Nothing is a silly question and nothing is too much effort. Tamarah organised NH Ltd to complete our wall insulation great guys very quick workers and left the job clean and tidy! A big shout out to Kelly at Taggas and the guys Luke, Jake and Liam who did a great job with the central heating and heat pump installation another team of amazing efficient workers and lastly only because of order of works SJ the solar panel installers. It was 3 weeks of mayhem but made totally manageable by the organisational skills of Tamarah and the teams selected to do the work.

Was it worth it! Absolutely, couldn’t have worked out any better. A big thank you to all involved from us!

There’s lots of company’s out there doing these types of installations, look no further as Switch & Tamarah come highly recommended.

After install, We had an error code E912, after retreated request to change the electrical unit green partnership still have not resolved the problem.
They have not answered the phone or text.

Heat pump installers were TAGGAS AND THE TWO LADS WORKING HERE WERE RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY , KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WORKED INCREDIBLY HARD . Having strangers working in your house can feel intrusive but not with this company .

Solar panel installers were SJ INSULATIONS AND AGAIN COULD NOT FAULT THEM .

Scaffolding team were PVF and again skilled and professional.

The electricians also need a shout out for their skills .

Beatrice was project manager and I also had contact with a lady called Kelly from SWITCH , both were brilliant and always at the end of the phone if needed

Quite full on as we had a lot done over the course of the week, so busy but all work carried out to a high standard and all personnel were generally professional and friendly. We had a good experience overall
