Swoon London is a modern fine leather handbag brand. With style, practicality and quality is at it's core. We began small, keeping our core products limited. We have grown a lot since, but we still insist on having a small (but perfectly formed) collection of styles and colours for our customers to 'Swoon' over and enjoy! The owners of Swoon are two people who are polar opposites! Together, they create magic! This totally embodies what the brand is all about! Swoon London was launched whilst enjoying the calm tranquility of the River Dart on the south coast of England. Anna enjoys owning designer handbags, but whilst jumping on and off boats, a beautiful, functional, affordable handbag was really needed! Something that can travel anywhere with her, and always look fabulous, without the price tag of the high end designer bags! Anna believes a bag should work with you, in any given setting - thus the addition of the interchangeable straps! The straps change with your outfit, your style, even your mood! Anna has spent over 20 years working within luxury fashion. Brand, style, and customer service are part of her DNA! Jules's background is the Automotive industries. Jules loves the detail, and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience for our customers! Our aim is to provide our customers with beautiful, personalised leather bags and accessories that are stylish, affordable, versatile and practical.

Speedy delivery of well packaged product.
Handbags are absolutely great, I purchased 2 of the larger size. Second one a couple of days after the first one.
Quality and value is definitely 5 star.
Able to choose two additional straps which are both really lovely.
I won't hesitate to purchase again in the future.

Stunning bags - great price
Absolutely delighted with the 2 bags I received, which arrived super quickly. The bags are beautiful and the 3 different straps just totally change the bag up from casual to dressy.
I think I’m going to end up with a nice collection of swoon bags there is nothing not to like.

The experience of two purchases
I have purchased from this company on two separate occasions and both times I have had a great experience. The website is easy to use and the only criticism I would have is that the colours in the photos vary from image to image, making the choice a bit more tricky. I did contact the company regarding a particular colour and I had a quick response including g some fresh images - very helpful. The bags and straps arrived extremely quickly, within 2 days on each occasion. The quality of the products was fab. I will definitely be going back for more!

Excellent company and service, order arrived within two days beautiful packaged with a personal note.

We do our best to ensure all product details—including dimensions and design features like the front pocket—are clearly shown on the product page through both written descriptions and multiple images. That said, I completely understand your frustration if the bag didn’t meet your expectations once it arrived.
As the bag was personalised with initials, we weren’t able to accept a return in line with our policy on customised items, which is outlined on our website. However, we did offer a personalised discount for any future order as a gesture of goodwill, as we always want to help where we can.
We genuinely value all feedback and are always looking at ways to improve both our service and clarity for future customers.

Such a cute versatile bag.
Fabulous bag, I have the XL in black and lovely the design. I wanted a lighter coloured one for summer, but this would work all year round. The colour is gorgeous and will go with everything. It’s spacious for a small bag. The pockets are useful too.
Another great quality bag to add to my collection. With two new designs of straps to add to my existing ones, allowing me to create so many combinations, I’m sure to be able to match to whatever outfit I’m wearing.
Next on the list is a tan bag from my favourite bag store - Swoon.
