We have grown a lot since, but we still insist on having a small (but perfectly formed) collection of styles and colours for our customers to 'Swoon' over and enjoy! The owners of Swoon are two people who are polar opposites! Together, they create magic! This totally embodies what the brand is all about! Swoon London was launched whilst enjoying the calm tranquility of the River Dart on the south coast of England. Anna enjoys owning designer handbags, but whilst jumping on and off boats, a beautiful, functional, affordable handbag was really needed! Something that can travel anywhere with her, and always look fabulous, without the price tag of the high end designer bags! Anna believes a bag should work with you, in any given setting - thus the addition of the interchangeable straps! The straps change with your outfit, your style, even your mood! Anna has spent over 20 years working within luxury fashion. Brand, style, and customer service are part of her DNA! Jules's background is the Automotive industries. Jules loves the detail, and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience for our customers! A happy customer
I encountered a problem with my bag three days after receiving it and Swoon have been quick to sort out for me. It certainly hasn’t put me off Swoon as my other bag has been wonderful. I get the Downton XL as I like the size but it looks good as a crossbody and I can get everything in I need.

Placed an order on the Friday delivered free next day Saturday. The bag is beautiful great quality plus two free straps & key ring also got 10% off 1st order. I would highly recommend this company.

Great bag!
I love the bag - perfect size and the zippered front pocket is great for my phone. Only negative is that I wish the 2 extra straps I picked out were finished on both sides . I have several straps from a similar bag and I’m using those instead .

Beautiful purse just maybe not for me.
I was very excited to receive my Stratford crossbody bag. Customer service was excellent. I had a few questions upfront and they answered right away.
But I ended up being disappointed in the bag. The leather is very stiff so so it feels more like carrying a box instead of a purse. The straps were wider than I anticipated and also so stiff so it felt like a seatbelt. I didn’t realize the free return policy did not extend to the United States.
I may try using it with the leather strap and see if it might break in a little bit.
Beautiful look - just not for me.

My bag arrived promptly
My bag arrived promptly. It was well packaged so in perfect condition. Genuine leather, defo not, faux. The chain strap has a good weight to it, so you can throw it over your shoulder and it stays there. It arrived just in time for a night out in Glasgow, for my son's engagement party. So it can be dressed up with the chain strap, then a simply swap on the Monday for work. Keeps all my personal items organised in the different compartments. Excellent quality zips. A photo can be supplied if required.
