We have grown a lot since, but we still insist on having a small (but perfectly formed) collection of styles and colours for our customers to 'Swoon' over and enjoy! The owners of Swoon are two people who are polar opposites! Together, they create magic! This totally embodies what the brand is all about! Swoon London was launched whilst enjoying the calm tranquility of the River Dart on the south coast of England. Anna enjoys owning designer handbags, but whilst jumping on and off boats, a beautiful, functional, affordable handbag was really needed! Something that can travel anywhere with her, and always look fabulous, without the price tag of the high end designer bags! Anna believes a bag should work with you, in any given setting - thus the addition of the interchangeable straps! The straps change with your outfit, your style, even your mood! Anna has spent over 20 years working within luxury fashion. Brand, style, and customer service are part of her DNA! Jules's background is the Automotive industries. Jules loves the detail, and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience for our customers! Our aim is to provide our customers with beautiful, personalised leather bags and accessories that are stylish, affordable, versatile and practical.

Our records show that your order was shipped via UPS on October 10th with tracked service. I’ve checked the tracking information, and it hasn’t been flagged as undelivered, which is why no follow-up occurred earlier.
However, I’ve just spoken with UPS, and they’re unable to confirm the current location of your parcel. This is unusual, as we typically experience excellent service from them.

Excellent service, beautiful bag, surprising how much you can fit in even the small size. I can carry my kindle, phone, AirPods , makeup items, tissues. Love the choice of straps.

Nice leather bag
Nice leather bag, only one criticism the clips on the handles look plastic and a little cheap looking, takes the smart look of the quality away. Maybe not worth the money.

Excellent service! I ordered the Downton XL. The leather strap was too long. I emailed the company and had an immediate reply from Jules offering to exchange the strap for another with more holes punched in for adjustment. All was taken care of within a week. Am very happy with the quality and versatility of the bag.

Great bag and quick delivery

Really lovely bag, perfect for me.
Lovely bag, after searching for a long time to find a replacement for my much-loved tan leather one that has just worn out. This was the perfect size, colour, style and eas delivered really quickly, well-packaged, well presented. A really good experience.

Beautiful bag
This is a beautiful and well made bag. The only complaint I have is that leather is kinda thin so the top of the bag isn't a structured as I would like.

Easy to order , great delivery times , had an issue with my order and it was resolved really quickly, this is a present for a friend but she's not got it as yet , but I'm sure she'll be very pleased with it .
