We have grown a lot since, but we still insist on having a small (but perfectly formed) collection of styles and colours for our customers to 'Swoon' over and enjoy! The owners of Swoon are two people who are polar opposites! Together, they create magic! This totally embodies what the brand is all about! Swoon London was launched whilst enjoying the calm tranquility of the River Dart on the south coast of England. Anna enjoys owning designer handbags, but whilst jumping on and off boats, a beautiful, functional, affordable handbag was really needed! Something that can travel anywhere with her, and always look fabulous, without the price tag of the high end designer bags! Anna believes a bag should work with you, in any given setting - thus the addition of the interchangeable straps! The straps change with your outfit, your style, even your mood! Anna has spent over 20 years working within luxury fashion. Brand, style, and customer service are part of her DNA! Jules's background is the Automotive industries. Jules loves the detail, and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience for our customers! Our aim is to provide our customers with beautiful, personalised leather bags and accessories that are stylish, affordable, versatile and practical.

I am delighted with new bag from Swoon London. I ordered the Downton in Midnight black, it came the next day, beautifully packaged with a sweet note of Thanks. The bag is stunning, crafted to a very high quality, it also came with 2 free divine straps which I chose myself. Simply gorgeous 🖤

Love love love my new Stone-coloured Stratford XL bag. I'm fed up of smaller-sized handbags and wanted something that could carry more than just a mobile, so I got this.
Gorgeous leather, and you get the flexibility of choosing the straps you like.
I chose express delivery to get it in time for my travels - delivery was seamless.
As I wasn't familiar with the company and checked trust pilot and it ave me confidence to purchase. So I am doing the same :)

I purchased the Downton large size
I purchased the Downton large size. I’ve been looking for ages for a bag that suits my needs while still being fashionable. I’m a Type 1 Diabetic and it holds my kit which is a good size, my hypo treatments, my phone, glasses and sunglasses as well as a small wallet. It’s cross body so I don’t need to worry about my kit. Highly recommended😊

Easy to navigate website, with simple ordering process for main items. Could have been clearer in terms of process for ordering 2 free handles for handbag. However, this was followed up by Swoon with an evening e-mail which ensured that order was accurate for the next day. Thank you!

I already own the Stratford in tan and love it!
Just treated myself to the Stratford XL in stone for an upcoming city break, and I can see I'm going to love it just as much!
I'm really hoping the Stratford line extends in colour range because I adore the orange available in a different style. Maybe burgundy, Mustard, Burnt orange, forest green... 🥰

Gorgeous bag and I’m very happy with my purchase.
Gorgeous bag, lovely soft leather and beautifully made. I wanted an everyday bag that wasn’t too big and heavy but big enough to hold my essentials eg purse, phone, keys etc. This is perfect in size and the zip compartments make it easy to find and access my items. The straps and fastenings look and feel well made and I have had several compliments about the design, colour and quality look of the bag.
Delivery was within 2 days and I was kept well informed from placing my order to delivery. I am very happy with my purchase.
