Terrible company. Rip off customers and never reply to emails. Now facing trading standards and fraud charges

Customs delays shipment

Ordered a sword a couple of weeks ago and still waiting to recieve it so i cant comment on the quality of it until it arrives.
However if you do order from this site beware that your sword is being imported from, based on the address on the site, japan. My fault for not realising its an import until after i made a purchase depsite it being written on the website.
This means all the sword have to go through uk customs and due to the uk's ban on samurai swords, with the exception of swords made using traditional methods (which these swords are) this is what delays shipment for so long due to customs holding it.
I will update this review when i recieve my sword or update after a month if i still havent recieved it by then.

Sword has arrived. Recieved a text from DHL 2 days before arrival. Customer service was helpful as well when i contacted them, giving me a guidline as to when the sword will arrive.
The sword itself is very good quality, the handle wrap and fittings are all tight, blade is inrecible, saya is very neat and beautiful as well. Its a long wait but very worth it.

I order my sword weeks ago, still not came. (now edited)
I ordered my sword weeks ago, I paid almost £300 still not came. I paid for standard delivery, I think I have been ripped off (crying face).
edit: my sword has now came very worth the wait, top quality. I will use this company again.

Basically you have no clue when an item will arrive
First i get a text saying item shipped. No matter how many times you ask you never get a tracking number and now nearly 20 days later i get an email saying item is getting ready to ship. Basically you have no clue when an item will arrive so you cannot use this company unless time is not issue. Very poor.

UPDATE:
Sent the correct item a few weeks later, poor communication and had to go through lots of PayPal hassle...
BUT I have to say the new sword is top quality for the price paid. I would have given 5 stars easily if communication and transparency was a little better. I wish they will be in future.
OLD REVIEW:
Long wait but NOT worthwhile. Sent wrong item and what they sent is of very poor quality. Anyone who knows about katanas will tell just by looking at it. They sent me a piece of iron that was meant to look like a sword with construction faults on the handle and the guard. Going through PayPal claim, time-consuming. Will update if anything positive comes out.

Long wait, but extremely worthwhile.
Everybody is saying this is a scam, and I can see why. I ordered my blade on the 21st of September and it hadn't come, until today.
The blade is amazing and was exactly like the image. It has a real hamon line and was oiled accordingly. The wrap is tight and real. If I could send an image I would.

A long wait, but worth it
I purchased the blades at the end of September. Dispatch confirmed 3rd October. Blades eventually arrived 4th December. A long time for the delivery and I was getting nervous of being scammed....however patients prevailed.
2 canny blades. Good balance. Both sharp. Solid fittings. They are not Nihonto, but you couldn't get one at that price.
I would consider buying again
