Scott is not only a quality driving instructor he is also such a nice guy! He made learning to drive a breeze for me, always being patient and encouraging. He is a fantastic instructor who really helped me build my confidence and get me test ready, he was always on time and managed to fit me in around work and childcare he is great and a really kind man. I had been learning to drive for a long time and when I started learning with Marc I found that he was able to iron out the bad habits I had picked up over the years and get me ready to pass my test. After learning with Marc I was able to pass my test and I could not be happier with the service he has provided and getting me there!

Alan was an amazing teacher from day 1 he made me feel comfortable being behind the wheel and congratulated me passing my theory after a hard time. Up until my pass he made me feel confident and proud with my driving I recommend him to everyone learning. Everyone that knows me and talks to me about driving I always talk about him and recommend him for all learners.

I started off learning with Mick Burns and from the beginning he was an amazing instructor and mentor , so easy to understand and if your ever confused he explained fully , really easy going and the best instructor you could ask for , and helped me pass first time. 100% recommend for new learners.

I only started learning with steve in april after changing from another driving school Steve really pushed my confidence and supported me with my lessons he explained things really well and was very patient. System driving school offered structured lessons and steve always asked me what Lesson I would like to have on the day and if I wanted to go over any manovers steve always listend to any concerns I had and always found a way to make sure them concerns were not concerns at the end of each lesson steve always booked me in for a 2hour lesson before my test so things were fresh in my mind and so I was confident once I got to the test centre. Highly recommend steve for anyone who is looking for automatic lessons around the essex area. Thank you to systems driving school for giving me the oppotunity to learn and pass with you

Its been a 2 year journey for me with the lovely instructor ~Jacqueline Streeton, from day 1 she put me at ease, so calming and understanding when I was nervous and worried, she pushed me to keep going and believed in me! Right up until the day of my test today, she kept pushing me and reminding me I can do it! And because of this I passed 1st time! This means the world to me and I could not have done it with anyone else other than ~Jacqueline Streeton! I highly recommend the System Driving School and absolutely recommend ~Jacqueline Streeton especially if you are a naturally nervous person….. I cannot thank System Driving and ~Jacqueline enough for quite literally changing my life! Thankyou for everything ❤️

Good driving school but absolutely
awful customer service.

The other week I went to contact the system driving school team about a misunderstanding with the prices on their website. However I was met with a nasty woman on the phone with an appalling attitude in which her and the manager virtually called me stupid and laughed at as I misunderstood the prices on a 10 hour block due to a deal they had at the time. Bare in mind I was cooperative as I was willing to pay for less hours at a similar price or to go somewhere else but as a result I was being insulted consistently. Furthermore, I attempted to calm the situation down and asked the lady and the manager to stop insulting me and they did not so I hung up the phone.

Fast forward a few days later and I have called again once I had found the extra money to pay for the block of 10 lessons that I wanted. However when trying to login into my account I found that my login details were not working so I called the school again. As you would expect I was met with the same lady with the same appalling attitude. I tried to address my issues about my login and she kept telling this is not possible and after about 3-4 attempts of asking why it's not possible she told me that it was because they deleted my account. So due to me making a phone call and being insulted because of a genuine misunderstanding I get banned and was told to pay the Instructor directly instead. At no point during any of these phone calls did I feel welcomed as a customer. Furthermore, from reading other bad reviews on trust pilot, the responses that System driving school give out are nothing but argumentative, in my opinion if someone is unhappy with the experience a company should be understanding and help fix the issue and not argue about who was right it wrong.

On the other hand, my instructor was great with me with the first few lessons I have done and can not fault him. But if you need to contact the customer service team STAY AWAY.
