Brass fitting broke on the tap after just 2 years.

Great customer service, replaced a broken sprayer quickly, the hose is wonderful

The hose was very easy to put together I liked it so much have purchased another to extend the length to reach further into the garden

This is my second purchase from T-Hose. I am most impressed by the quality of the products, far superior to every other brand I’ve tried. Great value for money.

Best hose I have had and excellent service

Hi. The tap fitting didnt have a washer so leaked badly until one fitted. Also one metal end was loose so leaked until tightened. Once these issues were addressed it is very good!

No knots,little space required,easy on my back.
I’m 76 and trying to make things as easy to use as possible such as my jet wash. The hoses I have been using just seem to be getting heavier and more tangled,putting me off doing things around our apartment block….I'm back on it!!

Received order in good time. Well packaged, but instead of the 100ft/30m hose ordered, I received 50ft/15m x2.
Specifically wanted 100ft/30m so it will reach from garden tap to all garden areas around my house. So not fit for purpose. Looked back at website and 100ft/30m were sold out. Feeling fobbed off.

Was sent the wrong item , ordered a 30m hose only to be sent 2x 15m hoses , emailed the company only to be told they’d over sold the 30m hoses by 1 so the warehouse made the decision to send 2 x 15m hoses instead 🤷🏻‍♂️ they couldn’t even add the connection so I could join the 2 together . I did get an email asking if I wanted them to arrange a return, which I’ve replied yes , no reply from the company, I’ve read nothing but good reviews about this company maybe I’m just the unlucky one

Had this for a few days and already leaking at connector .

A genuinely decent product, I ordered the 60m hose which comes in try sections Ruth a connector. Was easy to assemble and all parts feel very good quality. Once the water is running it expand easily and does the job well. Also much lighter than a 'normal' hose once off and being stored. Would recommend.

Love the hose and gun this is the third hose bought however thought it would be ok to leave outside this winter as the water drains away while not in use. Unfortunately frost has got in the gun so leaking! Hence having to buy replacement. Will bring in frosty days next winter. My fault!!!

A well packaged product that looks good quality. This type of hose can be purchased cheaper so time will tell if the companies claims come good. A point to remember is the hose will start to retract when the full jet is opened on the gun so make sure you have plenty of length. When buying. Especially if your water pressure is low .

The hose looks much sturdier than the last hose I bought which, unfortunately, started leaking within a short time after purchase. Good value.

Excellent quality. The rapid attach-and-detach system, which doesn’t rely on a screw thread, is something I really appreciate.

Good communication from director. Product seems decent as are couplings. Fair price

Hose arrived within 2 days. Everything seems OK but have not connected it yet. This is my second hose as the previous one has developed a hole after only 18 months which was very disapointing as the guarantee is just one year so I had to buy another. Hopefully, this will last longer.
