It was a surprise pre Xmas gift for my niece & family - all went very smoothly but she didn't know I'd sent it.
So she wrote a big thanks to the anonymous sender on Facebook, that I don't use!. Anyway, we got there in the end & she reports that they were delicious!

Excellent service, dispatched next day delivery and arrived on time for a birthday gift (giant cookie). Cookie looked ok, down graded one star as I could not choose the icing colour, I ordered a red velvet cookie and had hoped the icing would of been white but it was chocolate brown in colour so all looked a-bit dark.
Would likely order from company again however as I was pleased with the option to choose delivery date and delivery options,

The delivery of my first order was not correct. I wrote an email and they sent my order again at no cost. Perfect customer service. They solved the problem quickly. So satisfied

I ordered a giant cookie for my daughter’s birthday as she is living away. I ordered it to her work place in London. I did specify a time and it arrived a number of hours before she was at work so she didn’t get the joy of the delivery. This was disappointing. However, she did love it. It looked amazing and she said it was very tasty. Overall I am happy but I wish they had delivered in the timeframe I requested.

I am dissatisfied with the cookie I received. The quality was poor, and the writing was messy, not matching the advertised appearance. Additionally, the order arrived a day earlier than the confirmed ship date of November 13th. Since this was intended for a birthday, the timing was important. While I could overlook the early delivery if the product itself had been of good quality, unfortunately it was not. I am disappointed and will use a different company in the future. Based on the other reviews, I won't bother contacting customer service.

Very cheap ingredients, poorly packaged, didn't arrive on time.

I purchased some treats for my son who would not be home to celebrate his birthday. He said they were delicious! From the pictures he sent, they looked amazing. Communication with TailorBakes was helpful too. They let me know every aspect of the production and delivery of his items. I am thankful to have found TailorBakes

Delicious brownies, speedy delivery and came well packaged

Great tasting brownie. Requested it about a week before it was needed and delivered on the date as asked. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered these and paid for next day delivery. These were ordered early morning of the 17th September for the 18th as a birthday gift. It is now the 20th and still no brownies and no response to my emails or update on why there is a delay (which if updated on any delays, I would have been more understanding). Won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered on the 4th of September came on the next day like was told they come in the morning very impressed. My son absolutely loved them. He said there were the best brownies he had. Thank you will order again

Unfulfilled order, never replied to my emails to them, no confirmation of order, no refund initiated, fraudulently taken money, website says 100% guarantee and 24/7 customer feedback none of that is true. Please dont believe all the 5 star reviews, shambolic and fraudulent website. DO NOT USE

Never received gift box. They admitted they entered wrong house number and said they would resend the order. Never did. Asked for refund twice. No response from company.

Thank you so much for the box of brownies that you made for my friends. They were delighted and got stuck into them straight away.
They were easy to order online, delivered on time and a very reasonable price.

Ps warm them for 10-15 seconds in the microwave, taste even better.
