We believe in offering fast and efficient customer service and usually reply to emails within 2 working hours and answer telephone calls within 10 seconds during our office hours of 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our customers have come to expect a fast and efficient response and this we aim to provide to all our customers. Excellent company to support your business communications
Have been with Tamar since I started my business over nine years ago.
Their customer service is excellent. Every person I've spoken with is polite, and very knowledgeable.
They are extremely patient with the questions and queries I ask.
Their pricing structure is reasonable and I cannot recommend this company enough.

Didn't even get up and running
We have cancelled our subscription as we were trying to set up the system, ran into issues and had a really unhelpful gentleman on the phone, after 3 days if being unable to get it to work we were being harangued for a review for something that still was not functioning, we went elsewhere and within the hour we were fully functioning with great customer service. No refund offered! It is a shame as in paper it sounded really good.

Good but expensive
I have a 191 and 0800 number with them. The service is pricey compared to others but their customer support is good and they’ve helped me to setup the virtual switch board and mailbox. All calls are being forwarded to my mobile and I can make outgoing calls via the app.

It's a quick easy and effective way to have a contact number without being tied down to a handset. Brilliant for anyone who is on the go and also great for a new start up business. It's helpful that you can later but the number if need be. It's been a very useful tool. Very fast service.

Super quick set up
Super quick set up, very clear pricing & benefits on the website. Natalie helped set me up within minutes so I could get calls straight away. Never bothering with traditional landline again!

Happy customer
I’ve used these guys for several years now and have always found their customer service to be excellent. Their products are good value for money, although the customer dashboard could be a bit more user friendly in my view. That all said, I’m a happy customer and would recommend them.
