Scam alert: If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
I’ve purchased the Tanrevel Pro set and the spray tan device came not working, completely not functional. I’ve put up a video (as asked of me) showing the faulty spray tan device to their Returns page and I’ve been instructed to send it back. I did everything as asked of me, sent it back and so far I still haven’t heard back from them even though it’s been over a month now; not to mention I never got my money back. The customer service is not replying to any of my emails.
Take my piece of advice: do not purchase anything from them. Fraudulent behavior at the very least.

Jeg fikk en defekt maskin og får ikke svar av kundeservice
Jeg fikk en defekt maskin og har sendt inn 3 klager uten å få noe svar! Det har snart gått en måned siden første klage. Og dersom jeg ikke får svar snarest vil jeg kontakte forbrukertilsynet for jeg har betalt 1000kr for en vare jeg ikke kan bruke! Alt for dårlig kundeservice!!!!
