Totally agree, lower rewards paid out without any problems, higher amount (10k gems) nothing than some kind of violation, zero customer service (AI), tickets get closed without explanation. I don’t recommend to log in and pay for something through TapJoy. I should read this review first. #5566706

TapJoy avoid high lvl rewards

I completed an offer for King of Avalon through an app, where rewards were supposed to be given at certain milestones. Everything worked fine up to level 18, and I received those rewards without any issues. However, after reaching higher milestones (level 20 and later level 24), the rewards were never credited.

I made sure to avoid any sort of VPN or adblocking. Haven't changed anything about my device or reinstalled too.

This clearly shows that tracking was working correctly at first, since earlier milestones were rewarded. But on higher lvl it just denies rewards.

I contacted support multiple times and always received the same generic response:

"We reviewed the activity tied to this offer and, based on our validation results, we’re unable to award this milestone because the completion did not meet the requirements for rewarding.

Offer eligibility is determined by our review of a number of factors including tracking, attribution, completion requirements and verification checks.

To protect the integrity of our systems, we’re not able to provide a more detailed breakdown of the internal validation outcome or specify which individual criterion was not met."

It feels like once you reach higher-value rewards, the system becomes unreliable and there is no real support to resolve issues.

Overall, small rewards worked, but larger milestones were denied with no transparency or proper investigation. I would recommend being cautious with long or high-reward offers because Customer service is only filed with bots that reply with few hours delay.

Pays the small gains but not the big ones – Rewards denied without explanation

I completed a Tapjoy offer in Sea of Conquest to level up my ship to different milestones.The reward for Level 18 was successfully validated and credited with no issues.
The reward for Level 22 was rejected for “violation of rules” / “breach of Terms of Service”, without any specific explanation of what rule I supposedly broke.
I have already reached Level 25 and I am currently grinding toward Level 28.

I opened a ticket and a real human support agent replied… but gave me exactly the same vague answer as the bot. I did not use any VPN, multi-account, or suspicious methods. The fact that the lower milestones were approved proves that the tracking worked correctly at the beginning.It is extremely frustrating to waste so much time: small rewards go through without problem, but as soon as the reward becomes significant, it gets blocked with no justification. This kind of practice makes Tapjoy offers very unreliable.I have attached screenshots of my progress (Level 22) and the conversations with support.

Scammer just put fake good review to offset all the garbage review they have
They just don't paid when it is above 15k gems and pretend some fake information about violation of terms
For god sake !! Tell us what or go to hell !! Stop stealing money from players !!
You will never reply to this I know it like to all the nad review in there but ne sure that I will put negative review to your scaming company everywhere

Tapjoy paid only low rewards and then stop

Tapjoy feels deliberately misleading. The system happily rewards you for the first few low-paying tasks, which builds trust—but the moment you reach higher payouts, the rewards mysteriously stop. Despite providing clear proof of completion, support just falls back on vague claims that you’ve “violated the terms” or “didn’t complete the offer,” without any meaningful explanation.

If there really was a violation, why were earlier offers approved without issue? The pattern is hard to ignore: everything works fine until there’s more money on the line. At that point, you’re left chasing support responses that go nowhere.

Overall, it comes across less like a fair rewards platform and more like a system designed to avoid paying out when it matters most.

Denied rewards

Offers will pay out for the first few tasks and then stop. When I contact Tapjoy, all I’m told is that I have violated the terms and did not complete the offer, even though I provide proof of completion. And if I am “violating the terms,” why did the first few offers go through? Interesting, too, how it’s as soon as I reach the higher payouts that I suddenly stop getting rewarded.

Scammers at work!

Nothing new here, actually. I played some games and got rewarded instantly. That's why it's 2 stars and not just 1.
The troubles started when I played Puzzles and Conquest where there are bigger rewards. Again, I got the low levels rewards instantly. For castle level 18 I had to open a ticket and they rewarded me with gems in my main game after a short review. However my goal always was to go for castle level 22 which I reached recently and with plenty of time left for the offer (still over a week left as of now). I had to open a ticket again and was surprised to be informed about having violated some of their terms of Service (or not meeting the conditions which... well... I do) , but they really won't tell you what you did wrong. It is just an AI answering and repeating the same bullshit over and over. After an answer from a "real human" (probably AI as well as this answer is again the same over and over - just different namens) your ticket gets closed and you have to restart the conversation. I did this four times in a row, but I don't think I will get my 13k gems.

I just see that my review has the tag "without invitation" which is half true. I got invited to review for the case they actually solved and where I got the gems, but not after getting denied. However, the link they offered me before now is brocken (coincidence? I think not!).

Tapjoy Customer service Fraud - Cheat you out of your rewards.

Tapjoy Customer service is total fraud. They will say you have broken "Terms and Conditions" but will never mention what ToC you have broken. They just want to cheat you of your hard earn rewards. Even your paid bundles are not safe. If you use speed bundles in builder game ( which is the core) they wont pay you. I highly recommand players to stay away from these company.

My reward for an offer wall didn’t load properly. Super easy resolution just provided screenshots and the reward was loaded within 24hrs

Terrible Customer Support…

One of the worst customer support experiences I have had. Constantly getting copy paste messages, no explanations and closing tickets with no reason.

He gastado cierto dinero para conseguir las recompenses grandes, cuando no me ha aparecido la recompense he tratado de abrir un soporte pero me dicen qué no soy elegible para esta promocion.
Soporte penoso porque pareciera qué no revisan los casos. No te fies de ellos.

Customer service answered me

I'm playing Screw Out Factory Puzzle 3D via Design Home and Tapjoy wall , have reached level 27 and
- none of the rewards have come automatically
- I've already reached lv 27
- they refuse to send me the rewards for lv 5. Only got the rewards for lvls 2 and 3.
- I have fulfilled ALL the requirements
- They don't tell me WHICH requirement they think I HAVEN'T fulfilled
- They have closed off the helpshift chat so I can't send them any more tickets
- They owe me 1700 diamonds for lv 5, 3400 for lv 8, 6800 for lv 10, 13601 for lv 15, 20401 for lv 20 and 34003 for lv 25. That's altogether 79 905 diamonds, if I got it right.

So either
- their system is faulty
- or it doesn't accept a player proceeding more quickly than tap joy helpshift is able to review the tickets
- or the workers are making a mistake.

I feel I've been wronged and I feel so hurt and disappointed.

Adding text 31.4.26:

It's an easy game where you can pass several levels at one go. I'm in fact already at lv 31, so they owe me an extra 68006 diamonds, altogether 147,911 diamonds!

I have screenshots several of tje levels I have completed. I have fulfilled ALL the requirements, haven't used VPN, haven't played the game before etc etc etc.

Giving now 3 stars because I found a way to contact them although the support is closed for that case.

Customer service explained to me that it's not the game level they reward but the user level which is on top left round the duck.

Downside is that the user level rises extremely slowly so you'd be forced to pay. Even then the advancement of user lv is so slow that that it's not worth playing.

Three stars for explaining the matter.

I've messaged them three separate times about missing rewards. They keep saying that they're going to in-state the rewards that I earned and yeah, every time nothing happens. Total scam of a company, awful ai customer service. Don't bother completing their offers, they waste your time and don't give you the rewards you've earned.
