I had such a positive experience with the service. They kept me well informed prior to my pickup time to Heathrow Airport - the online team made sure my detail information and itinerary was up-to-date & confirmed. The driver was prompt and I arrived to Heathrow earlier than expected. What is more, the fares were cheap and very competitive. Overall efficient, excellent communication and competitive fare - I’d highly recommend it!

Bad experience, Horrible

Wonderful service would definitely book them again. They were helpful over the phone when booking, with the option to pay online in advance. The driver arrived quickly with regular updates beforehand and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

Absolutely pathetic company who apply pressure and scam people. Arrive far too early Vs agreed pickup time and then harass client into rushing for pickup (7 phone calls, a number of texts). Then have the absolute cheek of insinuating a fine is due to be paid as impacting pickup time for next job due to lateness. Perhaps actually pick up client for agreed time. No assistance for getting bags in car. Poor driver, continues to huff and puff throughout the journey despite wrongdoing being totally from their end. Will not be using services again and do not recommend anyone else does.

I booked a taxi for my daughter to pickup her from Gatwick airport to our home I have to the staff I book with my daughter mobile number and I asked them to ask the driver to make sure to call call my daughter at the time when she arrive not too call me because I am not with her, I am not with her I am at home and they said yes don't worry.
The staff I spoke to said the driver will meet my daughter at the terminal holding sign e we it’s her name.
On the time the driver called me said “where are you “? I told him “why did you call me I am at home and you need to call my daughter at the airport”!!! than he said I don’t know the number” !! I told him “I already gave to the staff when I booked”!! Than he asked me to send him my daughter number which I did.
My daughter kept calling him at the terminal but he didn’t answer than finally he answered asked my daughter to go looking for him at the car park! I called the office and I spoke with same person which I booked with tell him that you didn’t give my daughter number to the driver snd the driver asked my daughter to go looking for him tat the carpal which this not what you have said and not you agreed. He didn’t even apologised which they are quite disrespectful and disgusting!!

they are disgraceful. I booked a taxi to get to a funeral, which never arrived, they kept lying to me to say it was there when it wasn’t. i missed the funeral entirely. i was very distressed. they took my money as it was prepaid. i have reported to the bank and i will report to the police. Do not EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are liars and cheats.

Absolute disgrace. We booked and pre-paid for 3 cars to take us to a family wedding and also for the return journey. We had elderly people and young children with us. We were all waiting to go to the wedding and no one turned up. We called the taxi firm and said that they did not have the cars required. We called Ubers to eventually take us 45 minutes late. I called Taxi Network and confirmed that they could honour the return journey as the cars were booked for just after midnight and once again pre-paid. At 12.30am, we called TaxiNetwork to be told that theyweren’t picking us up. Absolutely shocking, disgraceful service which left out elderly infirm family and young children in tears. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish I could leave zero stars forthem as one is far too good. They should be shut down.

Don't use it! It's a scam!
They are very quick to take money (prepaid link via text) then never send the car despite taking all the information and confirming arrival time. When I called them, they kept saying they will refund. They didn't.

This company should be avoided at any cause. I booked a taxi to take me to catch a bus to the airport in the morning hours. I specifically said 3am, paid and then CONFIRMED the day before. On the day- taxi is not there at 3. I wait a little and then call, they try to convince me I booked for 3:10 and taxi is still going to be late even for that! I took an Uber, otherwise would miss my bus and therefore miss my flight. 20 days after, still no refund. First, they wanted to take a cancellation fee but I complained. When they agreed on a full refund they told me I needed to wait up to 10 days for it. More than 10 days passed, no refund. I called again and they said tomorrow. Tomorrow nothing happened so I called for a hundred time and only then they send me a confirmation email of the refund. Do you think I got my money? Noooooo.. Email says- up to 10 days! Seems like I will be writing a complaint to TFL!

A taxi was booked through a company in Kingston for an important hospital appointment. We did not realise they contract out all the business but pre paid for a taxi that never arrived!! Numerous phone calls were ignored and very high stress levels were caused. Never use this company or the Kingston cabs they are affiliated with.

We were charged an additional fee due to amount of luggage and would need an estate car, which is fine. We are then picked up in a toyota auris, not an estate car. The driver then proceeded to struggle to fit all the suitcases in having to restart and use the front seat. When i complained and asked for the additional fee to be refunded, they said the driver has an "estate car licence". Ridiculous response and service.

Tried to book chessington-kingston on line - showed quote - decided yo proceed. Got through to payment - completed then nothing.
Received no confirmation so phoned. They had no record of booking/payment.
Booked over phone, but given higher price. Disappointing! However cost was still very competitive- car turned up it was clean/tidy. Driver friendly. Journey completed in good time. will use again, but not online booking!

Absolutely ripoff! I specifically ordered a people carrier, they sent a sardine can on wheels!!! The driver wasn't much better! The driver, Ahmed, collected us from Gatwick at half past midnight and decided instead of taking the very direct route of the M25 and M4, that driving casually at 40 miles an hour through the minor roads via Kingston and Kew would be a better idea!!!! A journey that took us an 1 hour and 10 mins getting to Gatwick on the flight out, took us 1 hour 40 mins on the return leg. Just what we needed in very early hours of the morning! Will never ever use this company again. Absolute joke of a company

This was a telephone booking made by Hamza at Taxi Network who recorded the post codes for pick up and drop to pass to the driver. On the day of the pick up I received two calls from the controller and the taxi arrived on time for the pick up, but Hamza had given an incorrect drop off post code to the driver. This resulted in the driver blaming me for the error and being extremely so much so I just asked him to drop me off where we were and I walked the remainder of my journey. The error was completely Taxi Networks and the driver was very rude - reg LW15LBE.

I wanted to share a positive experience I had with Taxi Network, particularly in my interaction with their manager, Gulzar.

Recently, my friend had booked a cab to Stansted Airport, but unfortunately, there was a mix-up, and the controller mistakenly arranged for the cab to go to Heathrow Airport instead. This resulted in my friend missing his flight. Frustrated, I tried reaching out to the controller, but my calls were initially ignored.

However, when I persisted and finally spoke to the manager, Gulzar, the situation took a turn for the better. Gulzar not only listened to my concerns but also assured me that they would resolve the issue promptly. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and ethical conduct demonstrated by the management at Taxi Network.

True to their word, the management promptly refunded my money, and I can't express enough gratitude for their swift resolution. Gulzar's exemplary communication skills and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out during this challenging situation. It's reassuring to know that Taxi Network values its customers and takes immediate action to rectify any issues that may arise.

I believe commendable actions deserve recognition, and I wanted to take a moment to appreciate Gulzar and the entire management team at Taxi Network for their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Disgraceful company. No ethics! Booked a cab on the 8/09/23 to pick up my niece and nephew arriving from NZ - both under 21 yrs old. I paid for service in advance. Cab driver arrives at airport at landing time of flight- obviously too early. Keeps calling to find out whenthey will be out. When they come to the meet her, she was not there. She then says she’s is now at another terminal. There will be an extra £18 for waiting. She then arrives 20 mins later.Demanded cash with no receipt. They told her they would pay at the destination. She became threatening, Demanded payment or she will cancel trip. They were terrified and got out of the car and had to get an Uber! I called this company and reported the incidence. They confirmed cancellation of the trip and I would be contacted by management after investigating. I have called the company several times and I am repeatedly told that I would be contacted with 3 days but I have not heard anything! Great ambassadors for London tourism!!!!

An absolute disgrace. Booked a taxi that was supposed to come in '10 or 15 minutes'. Still waiting 55 minutes later. Cancelled and booked a Bolt instead. Avoid

Booked and pre-paid for a taxis pick-up a day in advance in July when travelling in London. No sight of a taxis after 10 minutes over of our booking time, rang the office then they said they would call me back in 5 minutes. A minute or 2 later, they called back and simply said there is no taxis available at this area at time. When I questioned them on how this could happen as we had made this book and pre-paid this booking a day in advance plus received a text confirmation for our booking. They only replied to us: "We will refund you" and showed 0% effort to offer any help to us. From that point, I knew there was pointless to argue or on the phone with them - I ended the conversation and immediately begun to search for other taxis providers.
Luckily, we managed to engage another taxis service provider within half an hour later if not we would have missed our train from London to Paris.
Never use this company! No one should go through this horrible and stressful situation we had experienced especially travelling in overseas.

Would give 0 if possible. Hadn't seen these reviews beforehand unfortunately, and had made a booking with them accidentally, as thought was booking with reputable local company. As had 6am flight from Gatwick, prebooked this taxi to ensure could catch my train at 4am to the airport (I usually use taxi apps but couldn't risk). Booking was no problem.

Receive text a few minutes before scheduled pick up time on the day from driver saying on his way and am I all set. This concerned me a bit as he was due to pick me up in 4 minutes time. When he didn't arrive at scheduled time, I messaged to ask if close, to which he said yes. Then wouldn't answer the phone when I rang. 15 mins late, I was getting very stressed about missing my train so called the mainline. First, the caller asked if they had my mobile number, which I confirmed they had, given the driver had messaged me on it. They claimed they couldn't find the booking initially. Then, he gave me completely wrong postcodes for pick and drop off. I was literally crying at this point as I realised I would miss my train and therefore possibly my long haul flight. The caller then hung up on me! I then see a text from the driver claiming he had broken down.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Cost me the train fare and then cost of a taxi all the way to the airport. I was just grateful I found an amazing taxi driver through Bolt who got me there just in time.
