Taylor Chartered Surveyors were great throughout the whole process! Very friendly, efficient and responsive to any questions that I had. If you need a valuation for Help to Buy, this is THE company to go to. They do hundreds a week and therefore know what they're doing. They are also very reasonably priced and Elliott, who does the surveying, is friendly and on YOUR side. He understands your position. Taylor Chartered were excellent. Provided good and flexible availability. Prompt and professional appointment with knowledgeable surveyor. Great value for money and certified as required for our help to buy requirements. The report came the next day and included all of the information we needed.
