FANTASTIC SERVICE, moved within Fairfax! Affordable rate, great movers!

This company had arranged a pickup for a move date this July 2025. They asked for the deposit, which was paid in full after receiving their quote. Days prior to the move, I tried calling them to verify they would be on time on said date agreed upon. No one would pickup the phone after 4 days of repeated calls, no way to leave a voicemail and emails went unanswered. I finally called the contact number that shows the owners name and number within the BBB. He hung up on me after explaining the situation to him and deposit given. I then received an email the same day stating they would not be coming, sorry for the inconvenience”…..they also stated they would refund me the amount deposited. No money refunded, lied to about everything. Do not trust this company!

Scam. Cancelled my move 12 hours before the planned date. They don't pick up the phone or respond to e-mails. They never returned my deposit even though they said they'll refund in 3-5 days, which never happened. I had to find another company on a very short notice, of course for a higher price bc you don't call a moving company telling them you wanna do your move tomorrow other you, your family and your belongings will be thrown in the street. The DOT number on their correspondence is different from the one on BBB. I've no idea how such fraudulent activities are left unmonitored!! I'm requisitioning their legitimacy. Not even one star. Don’t trust the good reviews, bc the new company guy had my phone claiming that he’ll check the estimate sent before by his company and posted a review for his company. To be honest, if I knew that I’d go through all this hassle and fraud by the moving companies, I would have dumped my furniture and got new stuff in the new place.

Great experience, movers were on time. Wrapped all my glass and fragiles. They even disassembled my massive adjustable base bed.

When they got there they handed my kids bags of potato chips and cheese doodles! Their the best movers ever!

TB Moved me from Brooklyn, NY to Boston, MA and everything was perfect! Crews were very careful when packing and handling my items and everything was delivered in good condition. I cannot thank everyone involved enough on TB Moving’s side! Definitely will use them again!

You get what you pay pay for!
Unprofessional movers, damaged most of my framed artwork, they didn’t wrap them in blanket but just dropped them in the truck. They broke a piece of glass that was for my TV cabinet and claimed there were only one piece and not two pieces. They dented the ceiling in the hallway, scratched the walls in my newly renovated apartment.

They charged me extra as they claimed they need some kind of equipment to lower my mattress down from the loft and turned out they just pushed it off the railing of the loft by hands...what a scam!

When the owner of the company who was also one the movers came to see the damage he has down was very unprofessional. He had the audacity to ask to buy my artwork while not taking responsibility of his negligence of my properties. He was smiling during the whole process and even asked me “why you are so upset?”

I was not compensated for any of the damages!

Will never use them again nor recommend them!

After using their services multiple times I can confidently say that Tb Moving is one of the best and cheap moving company in Brooklyn. They listen to people`s need and cater with personalised services.Plus they have a big and experienced team and well established facilities that ensure your luggage are moved safely.
