Excellent quality product and service. While I realise we were very lucky, I ordered it at lunchtime and it was delivered that afternoon. Richard is a very helpful and charming man to deal with. I would highly recommend his company and product.

Ordered this set last Friday and could have had it delivered on Tuesday had we wanted. Lovely table with two extendable leaves which fold neatly away and comfortable chairs which also stack very neatly!

This set is beautiful and amazing value considering the cost of sustainable teak. The wood is a beautiful colour which also looks fantastic when it rains. But I am really looking forward to the set weathering to its eventual silver. The workmanship is very good and all edges are lovely and smooth to touch. We experienced an issue with one of the chairs which Richard resolved quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate in recommending Richard and The Teak Bench Company.

Ordered a set of 8 garden chairs and matching table. Delighted with it.
Looks even better than the picture shows, very strong and sturdy. Table is huge, Will comfortably seat 8 people or more, has a fold away center section to make the table smaller if required.All the chairs have arms, and are very comfortable and strong.
I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery. Very easy transaction, good communication with RICHARD, couldn't do enough to help, would highly recommend this company, I would not hesitate ordering from this company again.

I ordered a table and 8 seats and the wood is heavy and solid. Such good quality. Customer service was so helpful. I was so impressed I went back to the website to browse for more things to buy. Great company.

Saw them on the web and that it looked good solid stuff at a decent price.
Had a call from the company, friendly family business, nice to talk to the top man for once.
Goods arrived quickly,nwith free cushions and I bought the rain covers which were in the post next day.
Only downside to the table was the screws that help hold the legs to the frame. These are drilled in a long way,and are Phillips which means that you need a long shanked Phillips driver and then uts a cheap screw with no countersink on the cross cut so, if you miss the cut you easily wreck the screw. I drilled my own holes at an angle and used a better longer screw and it was ever so easy and worked a treat. Apart from that minor glitch it was a really easy assemble and its a good looking piece of garden furniture and, seating eight people it will take all the family.

All good. there was a glitch with broken down delivery truck (these things happen!) but the owner and delivery company contacted me straight away and sorted out alternative. happy with the furniture. would recommend

I had a problem with the delivery charge (should have been free) on the website when I was trying to place my order for a garden table and 6 chairs, so I phoned the number on the website and got Richard who could not have been more helpful. Richard took my order over the phone, offered me a choice of delivery dates and kept me informed at every point after that......even phoning after the delivery to make sure that we were happy with our table and chairs and that the delivery company had delivered where we wished, been polite etc (they were!). Amazing, old fashioned (or "proper" IMO) service, the likes of which you don't often get these days. The furniture is great too!

The table and chairs were delivered to our driveway in a friendly manner by Richard. He was very informative and explained how we should put together and care for our new furniture.

It was put together in only a few moments. The company was more than happy and very prompt in answering questions about the care of the dining set we bought.

The dining set is brilliant quality and very well put together and we are confident it will last a very long time. And for many BBQs.

We did a lot of research into outdoor dining sets before buying as we were not sure what we wanted. When we learned about Teak and it's quality we came across Teak Bench Company.

We bought the 8 seater dining set which was superb value for money compared to other major websites and brands and the website assured quality, a guarantee and great (really quick) customer support.

Was super simple to put up as the chairs were pre-built and the table was in two parts and put together without need for any special tools (just a screw drivers and something to bash in the wooden dowels.

We received the set just in time for the hottest day of the year so far and was able to enjoy a few drinks in the sun over the weekend. It seems too nice to be sat outside.

An absolutely brilliant service and cannot recommend them enough to other people.
