I was very impressed that Richard called when despatching the table to advise there was damage and he needed to reorder. He certainly went the extra mile and kept me fully informed all the way. Final result is a lovely table for a Christmas gift. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company unreservedly - with a special mention to Richard for his superb customer care.

There was a delay in delivery due to supply. The TBC kept me informed of progress all the way and could not be more helpful. The bench is excellent quality and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I posted an order a couple of months ago - but decided on reflection to purchase a different wedding gift. Barclaycard were tricky with the refund, but the guys diligently chased this for me, and eventually refunded me by bank transfer. Highly recommended!

I do not normally bother leaving any reviews to be honest but on this occasion i have to say that this company is top class i ordered an 8 piece teak dining set from Richard who could not be more helpful and the best customer experience i have had for years from an online company.

I initially encountered problems with my delivery. In the end Richard went the extra mile, literally, and delivered it himself. My initial review was poor, but Richard went out of his way to make amends and I now have a good quality teak bench in my garden. Thank you Richard, we got there in the end.

I'm very happy with my teak bench. It was a really good price so I was really pleased when it arrived and it was a really good quality too. Nice and solid looking and very comfortable to sit on too!

I also notice they do other teak garden furniture so will order more from them soon.

My bench was ordered on Saturday dispatched on the Tuesday and arrived early on the Wednesday morning (as requested). It was wrapped very well to protect it during transport.
We are very happy with the Quality of the Lytyens bench. Looks great in the garden.

I spoke with Richard on the Tuesday and he could not have been more healpful.

Spoke to someone initially to check something in the product, placed my order, selected my date and they went out of there way to get it to me in line with the order placement date, delivered by ?Richard himself. i would fully recommend and order again.
