Excellent company! Just received my teak banana bench, very please with the quality and service! Definitely recommend. Owner, Richard did his utmost to secure a suitable delivery day within a week of my order. Great!

I was looking for a stylish Teak bench for my garden, one that would be suitable to leave outside all year. I loved the look of the larger Lattice Cross Back bench but it was out of stock. I telephoned Richard and he gave me an honest idea of when I could expect to receive one. It arrived yesterday and I'm absolutely delighted with both the quality and service I've received. The bench came securely packed on a pallet and the driver was very helpful.

Bought a fab garden bench for a 70th Birthday gift and it was just perfect. Richard was great to deal with, there was a slight problem with delivery but he dealt with it quickly and efficiently.

Have researched lots of different companies and benches online we chose this company because they had exactly the bench we wanted. Although it arrived two days late entirely because of their couriers fault, Richard was extremely helpful on the telephone. Well wrapped, on a pallet, and surrounded by packaging to protect it. The quality and appearance surpasses our expectations, especially for the price. Highly recommended!

I have been looking for a Lutyens bench for about 12 months and was nervous to but online but the great reviews I read for this company combined with the detailed photos gave me confidence to buy. I could not recommend Teak Bench Company (TBC) more highly. I went with them because of the positive reviews I read and here I am to write yet another one! I did have some problems with the courier and delivery so rang TBC and they could not have been more helpful- staying back in the office late on a friday to sort out the problem. It can be tempting to go with a big well known company when buying online but I have never known customer service as good as from TBC- it is clearly run by someone who cares deeply about his company and customer service. I wish them all the luck in the future and thank them for the extra mile they go to keep their customers happy. I love my new extendible 6 seater dining set. The table was very easy to assemble and the chairs came fully assembled and are very comfortable.

I was hesitant buying online but a telephone conversation with Richard and you know it's a business who cares. The bench, chairs and table arrived arrived on time, all perfectly packaged and with comprehensive instructions for assembly. There is an assembly service available. The teak is from an approved sustainable source and of superb quality, all at a very reasonable price, and it looks stunning.

The garden furniture we ordered is lovely. I haven`t had teak before,or used this company so really pleased that I did. The quality is great,as was the service. It arrived on time and was packed well. I would recommend with no hesitation

I received my teak garden table, chairs and bench a few days ago and the whole experience was without fault from placing my order through to delivery.
