Teak Bench Company 

I ordered a table and 8 chairs and it arrived damaged as packing isn't fit for purpose for a table shipped from Far East. Agreed to keep the goods for a discount. Quality is excellent, very well made. Recommend buying covers for winter or teak soon looks old.

I would defenetly recommend TBC to anyone, I called to place my order and was straight away put at ease and knew this was the right company to order from. The bench I wanted was out of stock so I opted to wait for it. (2 weeks) Glad I did because it’s beautiful and really well made the only downside is that the packaging could of been better as the box was torn, but I think this could be down to the transport side. (Bench was fine) This is why 4 stars sorry. Thank you again Richard it was a pleasure to deal with you and wish you well with your business.

I have some worries when ordering online from pictures without seeing the item in person but took the chance and I am more than happy with our new teak table and chairs. The quality is superb really well made and looks fantastic really comfortable. I was also happy that this is a smaller family business and called me to let me know about the delivery. I’m already telling friends and family about my wonderful purchase.

Ordered a bench for my husbands birthday and he loves it. Excellent quality and the delivery was a reasonable time. Would order again.

Easy to use website clear information which is what made me order. Great products really well made. Nice and easy from start to finish.

We ordered a bench at the end of August & after 3 failed deliveries we were offered a refund & an alternative bench for free. I was told a few times the refund had been processed but even though I asked what date it had been processed I could never get an answer. The only way I got my money back was when I said I was passing it to the disputes department of my credit card company to deal with as I was getting nowhere. I got my money back at the end of September & am still waiting for the free bench. Throughout this process I didn't get phone calls or updates when promised & it was always me doing the chasing. I felt in the end I was being lied to, especially when I was told my alternative bench was with the courier & my refund had been processed. It was only when I sent an email saying I had, had enough & was passing it to my credit card company, he came back to say he would organise the delivery of the bench & would organise the refund. Therefore it proves he had lied about both. As of the 15th October I still have no bench but I'm thankful I have my money back. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with & I will avoid small businesses in the future. He talks a good talk & has plenty of excuses. Appalling level of customer service. Avoid this company if you want to receive what you ordered. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

It's very seldom that I write a review but I feel that I have to on this occasion. Buying goods online can be risky but I cannot believe how amazing Richard has been with his customer service. I cannot fault him at all, what a really lovely and professional person he is. In regards to our 8 seat garden furniture dining set I couldn't be happier. Such amazing quality, really comfortable and for once I feel like I have purchased something that will last our lifetime. Thank you Richard and to your wonderful company.

We ordered the large classic teak garden bench and 8 seater oval teak table and Hampton stacking chair set and I cannot fault the quality for the very reasonable price. Throughout the order to delivery process we were kept informed every step of the way and on arrival both products far exceeded expectations. Excellent quality bench, very sturdy, only 4 stars because the dowling rods are a bit tricky to hammer in without fraying the ends which makes it more difficult to get them flush. The box was damaged which it arrived in but the bench was fine.
