Complete service! I always use smaller businesses if I can and TBC stood out. If you’re after a great service and quality product I would recommend you give them a try. I ordered the Balmoral set and it’s fantastic.

It's very rare I give 5 stars to any company or it's products but I am very happy to do so in this instance.the Delux Lutyens Bench arrived next day before 10 am as promised by Richard and the Bench is Beutifully made.the quality of work is far beyond our expectations and following 2 Coates of Teak oil it's even more stunning.thanks to Richard for sorting out the earlier delivery problem which was beyond his control but he arranged for an alternative carrier to complete the job.
5 stars well earned and I would recommend Teak company to everyone.

Did initially have a few problems with deliveries but was kept informed by Richard. Furniture arrived on third try and we were very pleased with it. Good quality. Was promised covers for furniture because of the delays but as yet have not received them.x

As of today 3/7/2018 I have not received any covers for my garden furniture. They have been promised several times now.

This is a wonderful company to deal will. I don't hesitate for a moment in recommending anyone to them

I have now assembled it: good instructions, but a slight warp meant I needed a big cramp to bring it into line, quickly done. Very nice bench, well finished, good legal teak, will last for years!

Great bench but waited in all day as I had been told it was going to be delivered and it never arrived. Had to call the company to be told it would arrive the next day. Only reason for 4*s.

We couldnt quite believe the price for this table and chair set and ordered on a Saturday and asked for delivery on the following Friday - the day before we were celebrating a 50th bitrthday with 100 guests arriving. Richard, called me on the Friday and explained that he had been let down by a courier and asked if he could deliver the following Wednesday. I understood, my business is constantly let down by couriers, but explained the situation. To my amazement he said that he would deliver himself in person that very same day. He arrived as I was leaving for the airport and so he had to unload an awful lot of heavy items himself. I have to say - exceptional service! The table and chairs are brilliant - amazing value. Really chuffed and I cant thank Richard enough - I'll be sending him an email today.

EXCELENT SERVICE AND BENCH AND WOULD DEAL WITH THE COMPANY AGAIN.

We looked at a lot of sites for a teak Lutyens bench. The delux bench is perfect. It looks fantastic, very solid ( much more so than others we looked at) and exactly as described.
Richard, the owner, could not have been more helpful and actually delivered the bench to us the day after the order was placed. Given that we are in Glasgow this was above and beyond.
We are delighted with the quality, and we will be ordering other products.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I am delighted with the quality of my Classic Range garden furniture. We had a slight hiccup with delivery but all came good in the end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Very helpful and kept us informed of all stages of processing our order. Delivery was originally delayed because of the snow and during that time, cushions for seats were lost. Replacements were sent out immediately once informed.

Friendly and helpful advice on the phone, good quality product and delivered quickly.

Really good service from Richard at the Teak Bench Company. We originally placed an order for an outdoor table and chairs, this was delayed by a couple of weeks as the chairs originally allocated to us were damaged. As a gesture of good will Richard promised to include an outdoor furniture cover - which unfortunately did not arrive with the table.

This led to an ongoing saga where deliveries were missed and we eventually received the cover months later than planned but with an extra set of cushions for our chairs free of charge.

The reason I am awarding 5 stars despite the massive delay is that throughout the process Richard was really helpful and persevered to get the extra items through to us. There was no need to do so as we were happy with the original order (and were not really bothered by a 2 week delay) but he made every effort to provide us with the extra items free of charge.

We haven't set the table up yet but look forward to doing so in the next few weeks!
