Recently purchased a bench and chairs for back garden outstanding quality at bargain prices, would definitely purchase from this company again, rang and spoken to man before ordering to ensure sizes etc and he was a really nice man and helped me with everything I needed fantastic customer service definitely recommend to friend and family

Bench delivered ok and supplier Richard diligent with follow up calls to check delivery was made as promised and customer satisfaction.

I would like to start by saying the quality of the table and chairs I purchased are better than expected.

The work that has gone into them is quality work and I am very happy with the purchase.

Delivery was a bit slow and that’s the only reason for the 4 stars. The delivery driver was very polite and helped to take it into the garden.

In a word though the service was fantastic and I would buy from this company again and have already recommended them to family.

The benches i ordered are Nice and easy to assemble and very sturdy. Very well packaged and quick delivery.

We ordered a teak bench and chairs from this company in June. After numerous attempts to get a delivery date we finally were given one at the end of July. Having spent the whole day waiting the item was not delivered. We cancelled the order, we are still waiting for our refund and have had to get the credit card company involved.

Lovely strong bench . Easy to assemble - 20 mins with help from guy next door . Came on time and am enjoying garden gazing from it

Delighted with the table and chairs we ordered. We had arranged for them to come on a certain date as we were away and couldn’t take delivery sooner, as this was 3 weeks notice i thought that wouldn’t be a problem, however, this was changed to a week later, which was rather annoying, but after a bit of fuss on my part he juggled things so we got it for the weekend.
I have no hesitation to recommend this company, just be aware that delivery could be an issue!

We ordered a pre-assembled 3 seat garden bench and arranged delivery in-time for an event. Having heard nothing from the company I called to chase on the day prior to delivery to be told that he could not deliver until the following week (despite the website confirming otherwise). The explanation was that he is "overrun with orders". I pointed out that the website is still incorrectly promising named day delivery and after some discussion I asked if he could deliver the following week. the owner said he would call back to confirm but needless to say didn't. I called and left a message several times to chase but there were still no guarantees that he could deliver. This time he said that he was no longer using his courier service which had caused the problem. Finally I decided that after further unfulfilled promises, that the best way out was to cancel and demand my refund. He pleaded for me to keep my order, offering further discounts and on one occasion even the offer of a free bench (not an offer that I either believed or accepted). It was only when I informed him that I had lost all trust in his company and would look to find other means of ensuring I received my refund, that he processed a credit to my card.
Looking at earlier reviews I am sure that the product is great, but this is a company that is having significant difficulty at present and as such I am not prepared to risk a replacement order with them.
I really hope that my experience is a one off, but suspect it might not be.

The quality of the bench was excellent. We have ordered a second bench!

Delivery took a while longer than expected with at least 2 days of waiting in for its arrival. Richard promised some cushions for the bench as compensation for the delay but as yet they have not arrived.

Great service and delivery - we are really pleased with our bench and with the helpful advice regarding coating systems for maintaining its finish.

We ordered a table with eight chairs and through no fault of TBC, we needed to move the delivery forward by a week for a special occasion. Richard understood and said he would do the best he could and lo and behold it arrived on a Saturday AM delivery in time for the event.
It was well packed, well delivered, no damage and went together easily. Its great quality, chairs are comfortable, cushions are good quality and we will be using it a lot especially if this weather continues.
Any garden furniture we need we will be going straight back to the Teak Bench Company - no hesitations!
