Great service and quality from Teak Bench Company. Lutens benches and chairs purchased were better than expected.
Chairs were particularly generous in size, so pleasantly pleased.

Easy website to order, and phone support is excellent. Quality of the furniture is also excellent and better priced than most other places we have looked.

Richard delivered my teak banana bench a few days after I ordered it and even carried it into the back garden for me. The bench looks great and I’m certainly going to use these guys again.

Brilliant communication throughout, received a call regarding delivery a few hours after order was placed to agree on a delivery date and then another call to say they could deliver earlier if that was convenient. The bench was ordered as a memorial for my mum whose 1st anniversary of passing is approaching so this will be a treasured item so the fact that ordering/delivery was so easy made it a great online shopping experience.

The Berkeley dining set is just beautiful and I can’t rate Richard’s customer service highly enough. Although we had some confusion over the delivery date (probably my fault for not reading my email properly!) Richard ensured we had our dining set in time for guests arriving. So so grateful, would love to use this company again

I ordered the Berkeley Teak oval dining table and chairs, which was at a reduced price. I assumed this was because it was last year's stock, and felt I'd got a good deal, with chair cushions thrown in. Not only did the company work very hard to accommodate my preferred delivery date, but I was offered, and took, the new-in model of chairs at the same price. The design in golden teak looks really beautiful, chairs are very comfortable, stack neatly, and the table can extend to seat 8. We are so pleased- just need a good summer to enjoy them now. Great quality, Great service: I ordered a couple of teak armchairs ahead of a bbq we're having this weekend. On the order form I asked for a Thursday delivery (ordered on Monday).

Confirmation email arrived noting that delivery days weren't guaranteed until shipping was complete. Called the number in the email. Richard picked up. I explained my predicament (need the chairs ahead of BBQ on sunday as not enough for all guests). He said "give me a little while and I'll get back to you".

Called me back three hours later: I can be with you in a couple of hours, or next week. Which would you prefer?

Absolute bonus: He drove them to me himself!

I placed an order with Teak Bench Company, and experienced a bit of delay in delivery, explained by Richard as being the result of difficulties whilst moving address. On receipt of the order I was so pleased with quality that I ordered another. This happened to be out of stock, but rather than have me experience another delay, Richard sent me an upgraded set at no extra cost to ensure delivery. Great products, good honest personal service.

Very good service. Was informed about delivery and sent a tracking code. I’m really happy with the product although I have not fully assembled it yet as it’s a bit wet to sit outside.

I was told about Teak Bench Company from a work freind, pleased they told me. Great products and friendly service.

We ordered four benches on 30th May 2018 hoping they would arrive in time for an open garden being held on the 22nd July 2018.
Two arrived a few days before the open garden after many phone calls pleading for them! Eventually the last two benches were finally delivered on the 29th Dec 2018!!!
Nice benches but not worth the wait!
Pleasant enough customer service when on the phone but nothing delivered for 7 months, couldn't help think what was said on the phone was to buy more and more time with tails going in circles of problem with couriers, damage etc.
Offered free planters as an apology which will be a nice gesture, if they arrive...
