Great to deal with - ordered a "pristine" Ipod for my car. It arrived the next day and looks new. Can't fault them in any way and certainly would use them again.

Why would you buy brand new when refurbished is just as good at a fraction of the price

Really easy to use. Search function straightforward. Prices competitive and you get a good quality item exactly as described!

Excellent service

I recently purchased a used Nintendo Switch OLED through TechRadar’s site. The advert clearly listed everything that was included in the box, and this was part of the reason I decided to buy it. The item arrived quickly, but it was missing a couple of the listed items.

I first contacted customer services through their live chat but never received any reply. I then called their customer service line and was told the advert was “generic” and, because it was used, “what did I expect?” The representative was rude, unhelpful, and simply offered a refund if I returned the console — as if the missing items were somehow my fault.

After this call, I rechecked the advert, and nowhere does it state that it’s a generic listing or that you might not receive everything shown. If this had been made clear from the start, I wouldn’t have bought it. The experience left me feeling misled and very disappointed, both with the listing and the attitude of the customer service team.

I returned item and never received refund

I’m not sure how its done at the price but my IPad Pro is perfect and 2/3rd of the cost 🤪. Grateful and happy Thank You

******** iPad keyboard doesn’t work, can’t contact for refund AVOID!!!!! They must just move trust pilot sites!

Tech Market gave helpful advice via the phone to indicate which product would be suitable as my phone charger + cable. I ordered on-line which was easy and the products arrived just over a day later. They were adequately packed and in good order. I am a happy customer.

Quick delivery. Was not aware it was a secondhand/refurbished item, but it looked brilliant and had been great to use

earbuds arrived not working, asked to return them and was told i had to cover postage. their email only said 'item is BRAND NEW cannot be faulty.' despite the warranty and 30 day return policy. Really rude.
