Brought a refurbished MacBook Pro last year March and literally stopped work 14months later. Was told there’s not much they could do as it was out of the warranty period. Total waste of £500. Don’t waste your time just save up and get one from the Apple Store

It being very easy to set up and being able to be assisted quickly with the admin code to unlock the computer, absolutely amazing product easily set up towards my TV and been using it ever

The quick overall service . And the quality of the product the iPhone was described as pristine and it was like new I would defo recomend this to anyone as I will defo use again.

Bought a MacBook Air through Clearpay (thankfully) from this Company on 31/03/25. Once the item arrived I was happy with the ‘pristine’ listing on it as it was spotless. When I started using the machine for work I realised the trackpad wasn’t responding as it should when using drag and drop, however was happy to use a mouse to do work anyway so wasn’t worried.
However, recently the fan has been incredibly noisey even when the machine is idle. I wondered if I did a reset on the machine it would help?
Whilst it was restarting I took it to a local computer shop who only went through the set-up with me, never “opened up or tampered with”, they couldn’t get Siri to work, wouldn’t register anyone’s voice. Now I know the microphone works because I’ve used zoom on the machine.

Emailed the company a list of the issues and received a adequate response of:

“We’re so sorry about the issues you’ve been having with the device.

you can send the device back with your order number also note with problem we will check it out thanks”

So phoned TechMarket, and after eventually getting through after they dodged my calls all morning. Got through to a lovely gentleman who accused me of only having issues after a month, said I can send it back but there’s a chance I won’t receive the machine back or receive a refund, so doubly out of pocket.
I gentleman was very rude on the phone, constantly interrupting, talking over me when I tried to explain the issues and had zero customer service skills.

I’m raising a dispute with Clearpay, who will suspend the remaining payment to them until the dispute is resolved.

If you’ve got this far thanks for reading, and do yourselves a favour. DON’T USE TECH MARKET!!!

Collected in person.Only negative was Tech Market gave me a charger which didn't have a USB connection.
Cost me ten quid at a local shop. Otherwise all good so far.

What a great website for purchasing pre-owned tech. I have just bought a iPad 10th gen in good condition and it has arrived in absolutely excellent condition not a scratch on it. Delivery was also great free delivery and it arrived in two days I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for pre-owned tech!

It arrived swiftly, however Royal Mail put it through the letter box, as there was no indication it was fragile.... lucky it didn't break!!

I would also give it a higher rating, but since purchasing, they've asked me to leave a review on their site, on Trustpilot, and also Google!!

I returned an unopened iPod to Tech Market after my daughter changed her mind. While they initially promised a full refund of £99.99, they deducted 10% without explanation. I've contacted customer service multiple times for clarification, but haven't received a response. This, combined with the cost of return postage, has resulted in an unsatisfactory experience. Shame, as the outbound service was good.

Delighted with my purchase. The phone arrived very promptly and was exactly as described. Pristine condition and everything working as it should. The phone itself was well packaged but my only small criticism is that the cable was loose within the outer bag and I almost cut it opening the package.
