Received iphone 16 pro max today like brand new.

Still waiting for a refund of postage charges. I paid £9.99 specifically for Saturday Special Delivery. Techmarket instead posted by 48 hour service which meant the iPhone arrived 72 hours later. All emails with Techmarket are no longer responded to by them and even the intention to proceed communication, informing them of a potential small claim being logged, are ignored.

Tech market is a great company to deal with, especially if you are not financially able to spend a fortune on what your children want. My grandson was delighted with his xbox 1 and wireless controller. It looks just as any other brand new xbox package.

Do not purchase from this company! They will send you inferior goods then you have to pay to return it, you will wait weeks for your refund and they will take out the original cost of shipping to you. SCAM!

I purchased a good condition macbook pro, it came with loads of crumbs, which could have easily been cleaned. Also the screen and keypad. A screw underneath was half way out and I don't have the tool to put it in. So far the laptop is working fine just think it could have been at least wiped. Also thought for all the monet spent it would at least come with a wire. Guess I missed that part. Fingers crossed performance is better then appearance.
