Power supply works well but was a bit grubby when it arrived. Would have been nice if they had taken the trouble to clean it.

Just received my thinkpad T490, i received a complimentary upgrade to touchscreen and although i purchased "fair" condition the laptop is pretty spotless and runs great! It also had a fully copy of office:) very happy

I'm having issues with the music recording software I've installed, given that Apple won't let me install Garageband but globally speaking it's a great purchase. I can't install previous versions of video editors either but that's not a problem with the machine. I had DaVinci Resolve 17 on my last Macbook Pro. Now they're up to version 20.

I liked that there was no delivery fee, and they delivered my product in the next day as quickly as possible.

Ordered a refurbished IPad at 2:25pm yesterday. It was on my doorstep when I woke up this morning - you guys are brilliant!

iPad I ordered was a 6th gen, ordered the lowest condition spec too and it’s immaculate. Works perfectly, had charge on arrival and came with a new charging cable too.

TechPros provided a fantastic service from start to finish. I really appreciated the option to pay in part payments, which made things much easier for me. On top of that, they upgraded my device free of charge, a very welcome surprise! The only minor issue was that the charger didn’t fit the device, but it was easily replaceable and didn’t affect my overall experience. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Good PC, in excellent condition (well informed as to the standard as used). They even through in a complementary RAM upgrade so cant go wrong with that. Very quick delivery - faster than advertised.

Ordered a white Iphone 11. They delivered a black one. Immediately this shows how much care they put into the customer requests. I immediately raised a return request, but it took nearly 3 weeks of me chasing to get this processed. It only finally happened after I tracked down one of their employees on LinkedIn and found a working telephone number on their Facebook page. All the contact points on their website (phone, email and chat) were dead ends.
Finally received a refund notification on 30th October, 20 days after requesting. This is far too slow and indicative of their poor after sales and lack of attention to detail.

Thought the phone was to cheap to be true but I am very impressed arrived in less than 2 days great service .

I am about to order an Iphone from your website and the price seems too Good to be true

Took for a back glass repair on an iPhone and they’ve completely ruined the phone! Now has a broken ear piece and water damage, and a camera falling out! after going back 6 times with it being handed back to us with a new issue!

Gave us the phone back with the camera having water inside, claiming it was like it when we handed it to them even though we inspected the phone infront of them prior and there not being any liquid atall!

Lying through their teeth CONSTANTLY, claiming they have cctv in their workshop to prove they “didn’t cause the water damage” and that it had water inside it when they opened the phone up, but as soon as I walk in there not a cctv camera in sight and they try to push me out of the back room!!!! Not to mention while I was in there they had a flask of water sat next to where they do the repairs!

£1500 phone now completely worthless!!!
