With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, our aim was simple: deliver the best tech services directly to the end user. It wasn't long before we noticed a significant and growing demand for refurbished tech — particularly mobile phones, followed closely by MacBooks and PCs. That insight changed everything. 2013 — First store opens Fone & Pc Fix Stevenage launches in Hertfordshire, offering tech services to the local community. Early years — Recycling initiative Recognising that the average person upgrades their phone every two years, we launched an electronics recycling programme, building partnerships to responsibly handle phones, iPads, tablets, MacBooks, and PCs. 2019 — Rebrand to TechPros We redesigned our store and adopted the TechPros name, reflecting our expanded range of services covering mobile, computing, and gaming. Now serving customers all across the UK. Today — 100+ orders daily A leading UK refurbished tech retailer, processing over 100 orders every day and continuing to grow. Sustainability at our core We saw a clear problem: millions of old devices being discarded unnecessarily, adding to growing environmental waste.
