One of my go-to sites when looking for home textiles. I have Tekla kitchen linens and percale bedding in several colourways. This time I ordered terry towels and bathrobes. Beautiful website and online shopping experience from landing to checkout. Very fast shipping. Just like in the past, I find the products inspiring, well designed and great value for money. They will be in good use in my house for years to come.

I bought the striped bed linen and after 2-3 washes the pillow is a different colour to the duvet. The blanket is much lighter in colour and there are discolourations on the cushions. It looks like the colour is gradually washing out even though I washed according to the washing instructions. The buttons also gradually fell off and I had to sew them all on again.

Synes desværre kvaliteten er ringe.
Har en pyjamas, hvor stoffet gradvist er mørnet så meget, at bukserne nu er flækket. De er lige lidt over to år gamle :/ derudover har jeg en badekåbe, som jeg var nødt til at reklamere for, fordi trådene i frottéen trevlede op - det er nu også sket ved den nye badekåbe jeg fik den ombytter til… super ærgerligt

I purchased a bathrobe in november 2021. I wear it on our country side and only use it in the summer. Before i wore it I followed the washing instructions very carfully.
I bought this bathrobe due to the good quality and I expected it to last a lifetime.
Now, maybe the 10th time i wear it, the bathrobe has several loose threads and it gets more. I contacted the custumer service and they do not want to help me. I feel so sad that I have paid 200$ for nothing. Do not buy from Tekla if you want good quality that will last long.

Elendig som sønderlemmende elendig service i Kbh butik. At man kan være så selvfed som brand og ansatte er indikation på slem deroute. Stram op - og prøv at være i mødekommende og mød jeres kunder i øjenhøjde og så solgt nogle varer federe er de heller ikke. Det bliver stort 0 stjerner herfra. At man kan havde så uprofessionelle ansatte er en gåde.

Jeg modtog efter mit besøg en mail om at mine besøg (i flertal) ikke var ønsket, selvom jeg kun har været i butikken den ene gang. Jeg kan garantere at jeg aldrig kommer igen!

Har lige besøgt butikken og ville gerne købe noget sengetøj. Ikke megen hjælp at hente på trods af meget personale. Enten stod de og sludrede eller undgik øjenkontakt og foldede sengetøj. Finder et andet sted med bedre service. Øv øv
Very disappointed with the quality. I ordered the striped sheets and the feeling is very hard and rigid and it also feels like there is a wax layer on the sheets. They said it would become softer after a few washes but nothing has changed. DO NOT recommend
Har været i deres butik flere gange hvor deres ansatte har været intet mindre end uhøflige, tarvelige og nedgørende.
Jeg ville købe en skjorte til 1250kr, og hørte i den forbindelse den ansatte, om de havde en størrelse større, end der hang på stativet. Det havde de så ikke, hvor jeg så spurgte, om de havde den i en anden farve i den størrelse. Her til svarer den ansatte “ haha nej?” som om det selvfølgelig var noget jeg som kunde vidste de ikke havde.
At latterliggøre sine kunder, som oven i købet blot vil ligge penge i deres butik, gør bestemt ikke at man kommer tilbage, eller vil anbefale det til dem om sig. Tvært imod.
Jeg er blevet betjent af flere forskellige, og ingen har mødt mig med et imødekommende smil og sprog.
My first impression of quality and product was good, but printed fabric loses color very soon and gets greyish.
After contacting costumer service with pictures and detailed description there was no insight to an obvious quality issue with color bleeding. They were friendly, but ignorant. Sad, when you buy sheets for 400€.
Terrible quality for a lot of money. And then you get the customer support which is even worse…

I purchased a linen tablecloth and some small placemats for breakfast in a short space of time.

at Christmas my partner gave me a bathrobe I immediately noticed that many threads were pulled, I wrote to support and they replied that it was normal.. it cost €200.. it doesn't seem "normal" to me after 1 month the belt has completely opened and unstitched all over. I wrote to support 1 week ago and never received a response I will NEVER NEVER NEVER buy Tekla again, I would rather buy from Shein or Uniqlo at least they are cheap and last over time
Ordered a towel for Xmas as a present. Unfortunately it got lost in transit (It happens).
Once I contacted Tekla they were extremely helpful. Immediately sent me out a replacement by express post, received the item 3 days later.
Tekla offers customers an option to return by purchasing the shipping through its own website, claiming that it is easier, cheaper and everything is taken care of versus the customer organising their own shipping.
I purchased this method of return on the basis that Tekla's claim was true, and sent the item.
Then DHL – Tekla's chosen carrier – contacted me to confirm that the shipment has been held at customs as the customs invoice is not on the label. The invoice was provided to Tekla but they never gave it to me.
I contacted Tekla to ask about this, but they responded with copy + pasted paragraphs about how it was my fault and I should've included a returns invoice. Note: a returns invoice is not the same as a customs invoice, which I had to explain to their customer service team(!!!). They also smugly suggested that I shouldn't be returning anything because I should have read the measurements on their website in the first place and returns are bad for the planet (side note, Tekla: so is making products in Portugal and shipping them all the way to Denmark, and then the rest of the world. If you don't like it, don't sell clothes)
DHL is now sending the item back to me because it has been in customs so long, and I am still no closer to getting my money back, returning the unwanted item, and am already £30 down in shipping/return fees.
Bottom line: this brand doesn't care for its customers and makes it VERY difficult to return its items
I should have checked the bad ratings before I ordered from them.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only do they charge the customer the return charge which was over 10% of my purchase, 500SEK!
The package was was sent back to me because of unclaimed package from TEKLA.
When I emailed customer service they referred me to information on their website which had the SAME address as I sent it to! As if I had done something wrong.
I still haven’t received my refund of 2000SEK although I sent the package dec 31, 2023!
I warn you to buy ANY products from this company.

Placed an order with them, after 8 days with no shipping info sent to me I reached out to them. Oh they cancelled my order FOR NO REASON and I wouldn’t have even known if I didn’t reach out to them for a status update. For the OUTRAGEOUS prices this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE customer service! What is this place ran from some back alley???
jeg har købt håndklæder og morgenkåbe hos Tekla. Det er en utrolig dårlig kvalitet. Både håndklæder og badekåbe er gået i stykker i frotteen efter 2 år . Jeg har forsøgt at få badekåben erstattet , men da jer ikke har kvittering vil hverken Tekla eller den butik jeg har købt den i erstatte den.
