Mycket dåligt att börja ta betalt för basic

Efter att man har köpt in sig i systemet och konfigurerat upp allt så väljer de nu att börja ta betalt. Tråkigt eftersom man köpt alla deras produkter för den funktionalitet som man trodde var gratis.

Har haft telldus tellstick och znet några år och det har fungerat ok från start och sedan successivt blivit mindre stabilt.
Idag 7/4-23 kom ett mail att man skall börja ta betalt också vilket inte var tänkt från start. Alltså nu när man sålt produkter med reklam att det INTE kostar något så inför man nu betalning och tar bort basictjänster som att lampor tänds på schema mm

Köp alltså annat system är min rek, kommer själv byta

Obsolet teknik som blivit frånsprungen. Gränssnitt och stabilitet på Telldus komponenter är undermålig. Sensorer tappar kontakt med gateway. Kundservicen trött och nyttolös för kunderna. Köp inte Telldus

Osäker funktion och kort räckvidd, jag avråder från detta system

Fungerar utmärkt.
Krävs lite tålamod vid installation och konfiguration.
Styr och läser av nästan alla 433Mhz fjärrbrytare och sensorer.
Har använt den i två år utan större problem.
Hade problem med två st zwave mottagare men de byttes på garanti. Efter bytet så har de funkat.

Köpt en Telldus termometer/hygrometer på Jula.
Vid köpet framgår det ej att ett konto måste registreras.
Beskrivningen i förpackningen hur man ansluter och får igång produkten stämmer ej.
Enheten går ej att finna trots att jag skapat konto och följt anvisningarna i appen.
Tyvärr tappet kvittot så jag kan ej lämna tillbaka produkten, den hamnade på elektronikskrot på återvinningen.

Dålig produkt når inte de sensorer som finns inom huset. Deras support är under all kritik okunnig, inte särskilt intresserad av att hjälpa till, man får dra svar ur dem. Verkar inte veta något om deras produkter, helt värdelös.

Kind off happy, i have the V2, really like the temperature sensors which update in every 2-3 minute on 433mhz.
But it is really slow sometimes, when i enter a room it can use 30 sek to put on the light even the sensor and the switch is zwave.
Sometimes it just loses controll over some switches and need a reset, when the reset is done it needs 15 minutes to work and sometimes it can only controll half the devices.
Time for a new reset, maybe this time will work?
I spend alot if time resetting the device....
Every week it is some new issues and it needs something done, reset or something.
It also have bad collections of programms to put in, and the V3 program on web i have had a log in to for 2 years soon and nothing is happening??? When do they step up and make this a good product???
Even all the good delas on new products on the webside is only avalible in Sweden???? Why??

Köpte en Z-wave controller Telldus Tellstick znet lite v2 direkt från Telldus webshop tillsammans i ett paket med två brandvarnare. Problem med räckvidd inomhus mellan rummen, trots mindre än 20m avstånd. Har sökt Telldus support via mail, men ingen respons från deras sida.

Somewhat tricky to configure, teaching the devices works only sometimes. So does the actual use work, the range is very limited especially for zwave devices that it can be used only in the room as the controller. Programming options are very limited, missing "and" operator etc. Looking for another solution now, but some basic features work ok.

I bought a Telldus Tellstick znet lite v2 30.april 2020. I thought that this unit would be good to manage my Telldus on/off Switches on my cabin. But there I was wrong. The Tellstick uses so little energi that my router do not work with it after a while without some movement. That is not mentioned in the manual or on homesite on internet.
Unfortunately this item was a waist of money.

Such a disappointing product. There is no easy way to control which devices and sensors to be deleted and the naming on the control page is misleading. It is also con acting that you need a premium subscription to do an 'and' condition. General the user experience is from the early internet, it deeply lacks more control over the gateway. When using an iPad the control page often looses the connection to the devices and sensors and they are therefore not shown on the control page.
Moreover Telldus succeeded in deleting all my sensors and devices so noting worked, but claims it has noting to do with their curious fingers.
One star for replying my mails.

Use their products for home automation. Have two different generations of controllers bought at kjell.com and clasohlson.se and also used their webshop when they had a sell out. Easy platform for home automation.
