Really Great experience in travelling with TENRIDE.
1. User-friendly Booking and confirmation for Booking.
2. The driver is early to pickup point and very cooperative.
3. The Booking Confirmation charge is very less(only rs.1000) compared to other cab/Taxi charges.
4. They include and Toll and other charges and gave very affordable price.
5. The Payment mode is also very easy with the representative.
6. All routes are very clearly known by the driver and easy to communicate with them.

Was skeptical booking through the agency since I hadn't seen its online presence anywhere. But since I had less time, wanted help with the E-pass and had an urgent travel requirement, I decided to give Tenride a go.

Improvement opportunities :

The driver was late to arrive by 45 mins

The trip from Bangalore to Chennai (one way) cost me around Rs. 8,500. Which I think is a little pricey for a start up entrant without an online footprint

The company representative who helps with bookings seems a little impatient or in a hurry on calls, which adds to skepticism for people approaching the start-up brand for the first time
