Siva was great at handing the car over, everything was very smooth going out of T5 and into T4.

We recently used Terminals Parking at LHR T5. The price was very good and the instructions about how to get there and what to do were very clear and easy to follow. On returning to the UK , again the instructions were really clear and we didn’t have to wait to be picked up. Everyone was very professional,efficient and good humoured. This is a service I trust and I would definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

We tried airport meet and greet for the first time, and it made it so much easier with 2 little ones. The company was also flexible - on the way in, we drove onto the wrong level and they changed their pick up location with a few minutes notice. Thanks to Maz for a smooth handover at pick up.

Easy to drop our car off and to be taken to the terminal. But on the way back we waited over half an hour. The van they sent was too small for 6 people + luggage. And the driver couldn't unlock the van tailgate to put the luggage in. We worked out eventually how to get it open for him. Car was fine, but passenger seat was left in a very reclined position as if someone had been sleeping in it!
