Terminals Parking Avis

Great service from Haz! Car delivered in good time.

Outside the ULEZ which was a bonus for my non-compliant car.

Most efficient off site service I have had at Heathrow. Thank you.

Johnson made the pickup as smooth as it could be… many thanks .. will be using Parking Giant next time!

All very straightforward and efficient.
Was able to drop the car off quickly - no wait at all as they were already there, ready to take the car and keys.
On my arrival back in the UK the car was returned by Ravi who was prompt and friendly - again, minimal wait.
Would happily use again.

Ravi was so quick when we were collecting the car.

Reliable, friendly LHR off site parking option.
Good comms, reliable service ( I am a regular user) and competitive pricing.

Great experience! Ravi came to collect is from the terminal in a timely manner and the way back to our car only took 10mn. We did struggle to find the place on the first place but all good in the end.

Nishan collected and dropped off quickly

Ravi was efficient and friendly. Car returned quickly and in good order

Nishan was incredibly helpful and polite.

Really good service and didn't have to wait long for car to be returned even tho the battery went flat. I followed the email instructions and it was seamless. Would definitely use again as it was so easy and they even paid the airport parking entrance fee and exit fee. Very reasonable pricing and efficient service.

Flight got cancelled and couldn’t get a response via the number or email so had to find someone from England to call for me.

Waited 20mins for car which I don’t class as meet and greet

Most annoyingly guy on phone was very rude

Won’t use again

Great service..
We were late on arrival due to traffic but the staff were understanding and friendly..
Coming back from holiday was a very smooth experience, especial thanks to P Sivq for quick delivery of our car and with a smile..

Nishan was fantastic, excellent service from drop off to pick up.

Terminal’s Parking is my go to every time I fly from Heathrow. Easy and fast pick up and drop off. Polite staff. Maz was very accommodating and helpful. Punctual professional and highly recommended

Very efficient and clear. My flight was delayed by 3 hours but they were very helpful . Work's out well moneywise as well since they pay for the airport access

It was a pleasurable experience from drop off, with a very friendly driver dropping us off right by the entrance until pickup, Gurrou said he will be 20min and he was not a minute late and very kindly waited for us when the lifts at the airport was so busy! Will definitely book with them again!

Great to have car waiting for us when we arrived back from a long flight. Kagarn the driver was very friendly and efficient.
Heathrow T4 meet & greet currently requires use of a shuttle bus but it’s a quick service as there’s so many buses on the go which meant we didn’t have to wait long to get to the terminal or cave to the car park.

Excellent service, Ravi was our driver, quick, polite and helpful 😃
