They made this experience easy and left us plenty of options. We will not go anywhere else. All other stores have limited dresses and sizing, not here. There was a small mix-up with an order shipped. Mistakes happen, but what truly matters is how a company responds and Terry Costa went above and beyond. Christina from their team handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with genuine care.

She immediately acknowledged the issue, offered multiple solutions, and even arranged a generous accommodation to make things right. Throughout the process she was responsive, proactive, and incredibly helpful.

It’s rare to see this level of customer care today. Christina is truly an asset to the Terry Costa organization, and her commitment to customer satisfaction turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one.

I recently purchased my daughter’s prom dress from Terry Costa for her upcoming prom on April 11th, and the dress is absolutely beautiful. The quality, design, and craftsmanship are everything we hoped for, and my daughter looks stunning in it. We are so excited for her special night.
The week before ordering, my daughter visited the store with her grandmother and had the most amazing experience. She tried on about 10 different dresses and was able to really explore different styles and find what she loved. The atmosphere in the store made the experience fun, memorable, and special for her.
The ordering and delivery process was also very quick. I ordered the dress online on Thursday night and it arrived Monday around 11 a.m., which was impressive.
My only suggestion would be regarding the packaging. Because the dress came directly from the manufacturer, it arrived tightly packed in a small box. For a $600 dress, I feel it would be nice if it were shipped with a little more care and in a higher-quality box—one that could also be used to safely store the dress.
That said, the customer service from Terry Costa was excellent. I called the store to ask if it would be possible to receive a garment bag for the dress, and they kindly shipped one to me right away. It arrived quickly, and I truly appreciated their willingness to help.
Overall, we had a great experience. The dress is gorgeous, the in-store experience was wonderful, the shipping was fast, and the customer service was great. We can’t wait to see my daughter shine at prom on April 11th!

I had Yaretsi helping me in and out of dresses, and she is an angel!!! Did amazing helping me in and out, encouraging me in each dress, and even giving me her opinion and helping me out with any questions i had. Love her so much!!! Give her a bonus!!!!!

We live in a small town in Colorado with limited options for prom dress shopping, last year while we were on a trip in Vegas we found a stunning dress there, a hard act to follow! This year, my daughter fell in love with a dress she saw on TikTok, designed by Sherri Hill. While we could have driven to Denver to see if a few stores there had it in stock, we wondered if it would still be available when we arrived. Ordering online through them was also an option, but with their no-return policy, that was a risk we weren’t comfortable taking.
So, I began searching for a place that carried the dress and offered a return policy. Terry Costa in Texas was the only option that provided that peace of mind. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous about spending a significant amount of money on a dress we hadn’t seen in person from a company we didn't know anything about. But yesterday, the dress arrived, and it exceeded all our expectations, it’s absolutely beautiful. We are thrilled, and I can confidently say we will be keeping it!

MARGRET!!! If you get the choice of consultant, definitely ask for her! She was very kind and patient throughout the whole process. She made the entire experience so much smoother!! As for the store- they made sure everyone was taken care of and left happy. They also have a HUGE selection to choose from. Terry Costa never fails me and yet again I had an overall great experience!!

Literally finding a needle in a haystack. I called about 30 dress stores all over the United States looking for this specific for my daughter bc she knew this was the one! Terry Costa had only one in stock and I was worried about it not fitting. They honored us a three day return if we need it thankfully the dress fit perfect and looks amazing. The staff there was very helpful, kind and easy to work with. I wasn’t sure if getting ground shipping will be the correct shipping option, but they quickly called me and told me that I had selected three day shipping and ground shipping would be faster and still have insurance. They removed the extra charge and it was here in two days.

I purchased a Sherri Hill dress for my daughter for Homecoming. I was surprised that I received it so quickly. The dress was packaged very nicely. The dress is beautiful and my daughter loves it! It fit her perfect. I will definitely purchase from them again.
