With the wedding six weeks away, I needed a dress that was in stock. I decided to call Terry Costa to enquire about the dress I was interested in. The sales associate was so helpful as she answered the sizing questions that I had about the dress. I couldn’t have been happier when I received my dress. It was exactly as pictured and fit like it was custom made for me. I have another wedding on a few months and will definitely return.

The quality and color of the dress was amazing! It looks exactly like the picture! Very happy with this purchase!

Beautiful store with tons of dresses. All the staff were so friendly and helpful— and after what seemed like 50 dresses, my daughter found the perfect prom dress. Najwa was amazing; both extremely helpful and patient.

I went to Terry Costa in March and I had the best experience! My stylist, Hershey, was so kind and willing to help me find my perfect dress.

Last Sunday we went to Terry Costa prom dress shopping, and will also be the last time I ever step foot in that store again. As my oldest and her cousin sat in the dressing room I was looking for dresses with my cousin only to return to the dressing room to find out the sales associate had body shamed my daughter. She was removing dresses from her dressing room telling her they won’t fit her. As my daughter tried to explain to her that she can wear multiple different sizes depending on how the dress is made. The sales associate then cut her off mid sentence and said let me finish talking. Needless to say after attempting one more dress we left. I have contacted corporate but have yet to get any response back. The fact that an adult thought it would be ok to talk to a teenager the way she did is unacceptable.

I went today and my experience was better than i could've ever expected. My stylists name was Lily S and she played a major part in that, she was attentive, had a great sense of humor, and she made me feel comfortable

Customers should understand that there are no returns accepted for dresses purchased online. It is impossible to know if the dress will be the right fit, without trying it on first and having the option of a return. So many other online options with more flexible return policies.
