Went in with my senior daughter looking for the perfect Prom Dress....We were lucky enough to get Leticia as our consultant during our time at Terry Costa. Leticia was amazing. She worked super hard to find the perfect gown. We left with the perfect dress. But we found many beautiful gowns that could have been our first choice too. Leticia, thank you so much for your patience and superior knowledge to help us find the right gown.

We came in to pick up my daughter’s wedding dress and to shop for a Mother of the bride dress, and just as before, the service was prompt and attentive! Ebony was very helpful and professional! Even though the store was very crowded, we were ushered through quickly and all employees were prompt and smiling!

I came here for my bridal gown and was very pleased with the customer service and huge selection available. I worked with Jade as my consultant, and she was absolutely amazing with helping me find my dream wedding dress. She provided me an unforgettable wedding dress shopping experience and helped me find the perfect dress in every way. I'm from California. I was in the Dallas, TX area with my niece. I told her I was having a heck of a time finding a mother of the bride dress. She took me to Terry Costa. A sales person named Heather helped me. She asked & I told her I'm shaped like an apple, champagne is the color the bride wants us to wear, & I'd like 3/4 length sleeves. The very first dress she picked was IT! By the way, she picked the correct size, not the size I suggested. It fit perfectly & looked beautiful. I felt beautiful in the dress, apple-shaped and all! Heather helped me with jewelry & a purse selection & again her suggestions were fabulous. Working with Heather was a dream. I will definitely share the Terry Costa website with my family members who are also hunting for a dress. Thank you!!!

The dress was available for immediate shipping. This dress could not be located anywhere but Terry Costa! It was here within two days. It was perfect !

I Ordered my daughters dress on line and Christina the Outreach a director was so amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to ensure that my daughters dress arrived on time. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received!

Very disappointed that the website showed the dress in stock. We even tried using the chat option to verify but never received a response. After we spent over $1,000 on the dress, I received an email that the dress was not in stock and offering me other options. We didn’t want the other options and had been looking for that particular dress only. I had to have them cancel the order, at which time I was told that the money would likely not be back in my acct for about a week. The dress was needed for a pageant and there will not be time to order a new one once the funds are finally back in my acct.

THIS DRESS IS SO BEAUTIFUL!!! It fits perfectly, the embroidery on it is incredible and I could not be happier with the product.

My daughter loves her prom dress! Other stores did not have it in stock. Terry Costa had in a size '00'. They immediately sent me an email and delivered promptly. Had to get it altered (made for very tall girls). Other than that, stunning.
