Easier than renting at the airport. The car was really nice and fun to drive. Good price for a premium rental and you don’t have to go to the gas station.

Mixed feelings
The Bad:
1) Pickup location was changed an hour prior.
2) Annoying, worrysome squeak from left front suspension that never went away.
3) Snow tires, still on the car, were noisy
4) 80 miles of usable range when picked up
5) Exterior was dirty
The good:
1) easy to schedule
2) Drove well
3) Bryan was super nice and helpful

Hi Peter, we always appreciate feedback. We did connect after your rental and the reason for the last minute swap was because the prior guest had returned the car you booked damaged and un-drivable. We scrambled to upgrade you into a higher end car at the last second so as not to disrupt your trip, but of course it wasn't prepared to go out that morning, so it wasn't made ready to our usual standards. Please do feel free to reach out to us again, we want to do everything possible to accommodate you and would love the opportunity to host you properly in a non-emergency situation :)

The car was nice to ride ... the o ly disappointment was the cruise and auto-pilot never worked which restricted my enjoyment driving as I had to keep my foot on the pedal.

The whole process was very easy, from payment to pickup to drop off! The vehicle was clean when we picked it up. They made the whole process fool proof and provided all necessary info in convenient emails and text messages. I would use this TeslaRents again!

This was one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself. The Tesla I rented was by far the most incredible vehicle I have ever driven and I have been driving numerous vehicles for work for over 40 years. The rental was effortless, speedy and flawless. I would not hesitate to rent here again and I’m planning to rent again in 3 months. I can’t wait.

Briefly, this rental went perfectly. The car was spotless and performed perfectly. Pick up and drop off was all very easy. One minor note for this particular pick up location at 1200 Pacific Coast Highway, El Segundo CA: I would suggest making sure to specify to the renter to use the entrance on Pacific Coast Highway only. I ended up using the parking entrance on the side street which later was closed after hours and closed on Sunday, so it made it a little bit more difficult to find my original car location. But again, this is a minor point and overall the rental was a perfect, frictionless experience! Thank you!

Smooth and efficient process!
Considering this whole transaction is remote and there is no face to face contact with anyone it went very smoothly and efficiently. I did have to call the number for help regarding questions about the operation of the vehicle but my calls were returned in a timely manner and they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this service and would gladly give them my business again.

The whole experience with TeslaRents was fantastic and the customer service was phenomenal. I worked with Bryan and he was amazing. Responsive to any needs and went above and beyond, even helping me extend my rental last minute. His communication was outstanding. The experience of driving the Tesla and the customer service from TeslaRents was superb!!
