Fast, efficient & highly recommended
Urgent call as toilet was overflowing as the cut off valve had failed. When he arrived Dan took one look at the cistern and went back to his van. He came back with a new part for the cistern & I turned the water off downstairs. By the time I came back up the new part was fitted and the water to be turned on again. If Dan was here more than 5 mins I’d be amazed! No mess, no fuss, no I’ll be back tomorrow just simply fixed & away. Superb job and much appreciated. Highly recommended

Thames flame highly recommended …
I was emailed a quote for worcester boiler with all the extras and a wireless controller and included all extra works x fitter turned up on time 👌The fitter was a professional as they come and his work was fantastic . Got home it was done absolutely spotless i’m the proud owner of a new boiler no added extras like i would expect from other companies 👌From start to finish could not be happier thanks gary 👌 highly recommended

hames flames been unfair with customers
I had Thames flames in , to carrie a gas safety , and one of the burners wasn't working , but not leaking gas , they reach the emergency gas tap behind the oven , and they turn it off , the thing that I wasn't happy about was is that , they also cut the gas pipe alter the tap and force me to pay for that unnecessary repair , and they ( Thames flames ) had to come for the pass the certificate , and charge me for the second time , which was not acceptable .

Ryan and Ian an literally within 5 mins of walking into our property they had diagnosed and fixed our issue with the boiler they were friendly helpful and extremely knowledgeable professional in every way
