After doing a search for barley flakes…
After doing a search for barley flakes I found Thames organic. I tried the barley flakes instead of oats in a morning (lower carbs) and found them excellent at lowering blood sugar. Thames Organic deliver very promptly and use Royal Mail, which I like. Since my first experience I have ordered nuts Cacao and flours all of which have been top quality. A very nice company to deal with.

Great tasting products
