Large charge for delivery and then no notification that custom charge was extra. Be a long time before I shop again! Ordered over 10 days ago and still not here.

The watch I purchased for my son’s 18th birthday developed condensation after just 6 weeks, despite not being submerged in water. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

When I contacted customer service they flatly refused to honour my rights and explicitly told me that they would not entertain the matter further! I’m incredibly disappointed with this total lack of consumer support and breach of UK consumer law. Avoid!!

If only I could have selected zero stars for this review I would have done without hesitation.

Purchased a Boss watch from them for our son’s 18th birthday back in 2024.

Now having an issue that is clearly something wrong with the internal workings of the watch - the mechanism so to speak - as a simple battery change has not resolved the issue and the hands will not move.

Sent an email to customer services to enquire if it would be possible to have it repaired - and I clearly acknowledged in that email that I knew it was out of warranty and so would incur a charge - but thought as we bought it from them why not try and see if they could help fix it.

Received a reply by email and was told the watch would require a new case and that would cost £125.

To me the case is the external part of the watch and would not resolve the issue which is clearly that the internal mechanism is broken.

Despite asking quite clearly if the £125 would fix the watch completely to the point it would work as new I never got a simple answer from Maria in customer services despite asking a number of times and was in effect told to go elsewhere and that I was being difficult.

Clearly they just want to take your money and if you ask a simple question that they can’t or don’t want to answer will tell you to go away - they just want to get a payment from you.

If I’d have simply paid the £125 and sent the watch back I’d have no doubt then been sent back a watch that didn’t work but had a lovely brand new outer case.

Shockingly poor, very rude service - avoid at all costs.

I spent a lot of money on a watch for my boyfriend’s birthday. I ordered it on Friday the 9th of August and paid £5 extra for next day delivery. It is now the 18th of August and I haven’t recieved my order. This place is a scam don’t order from them. I put the tracking number into royal mail and it says “unable to confirm the status of your item”. I have emailed and sent a message and had nothing back. I will be taking this further through legal means. Shame on you, don’t know who you are scamming, could be someone’s last penny.

Faulty watches. I read the reviews about condensation prior to buying the watch and naively still gave the company the benefit of the doubt. Watch has never been worn in water and is alway taken off when doing dishes etc. Suprise suprise full of condensation after 8 weeks of use. No point even arguing with the company as the clearly give the same waffle to everyone whose bought faulty watches. I'd be keen to know how many other people this has happened to out of all the initial positive reviews. Yes delivery was fine but if you want a watch to last longer than a couple of months, do yourself a favour and avoid!

The watch I bought is fake. I’ve got the same watch I purchased from Beaverbrooks 6 yrs ago. I bought it again because my old watch was a bit battered I really like this watch so I bought it again. I’ve compared the two watches and the wording “BOSS” is larger on the watch purchased off the Watch Company. I received no email to confirm delivery off either Royal Mail or The Watch Company. I’ve got no invoice or return address.

Amazingly smooth purchase. Selected watch, delivered the next day! Watch is beautiful! So pleased I found this company!

Bought a Tissot watch. Went to register it on Tissot website - "Watch serial number already registered". The Watch Studio don't answer the phone after multiple attempts. Credit card charge back initiated. Most likely a fake watch. Don't be pulled in by cheap prices. Buy from a reputable seller.

It was fast and easy

I ordered for a watch on 11th June. It hasn't been delivered up to today 8th July. These guys are scammers and are not legit. They don't pick their calls and all these positive reviews are just faked. Refund back my money if you aren't scammers. My order number is 95169. I ordered for Micheal Kors watch.

Delivery earlier than expected, handed to me, and signature obtained. Perfect delivery.

Beautiful watch, received quickly. My son is very happy with it.
