My wife and I have purchased 2 watches from this store over the past 12 months, we encountered our first issue this week as one of the watches became full of condensation. We notified the store and uploaded photos as requested. The Watch Studio accused us of misuse and said we can't prove that we haven't submerged the watch below the recommended maximum depth - I don't even wear the watch in the shower for heavens sake. It appears they are happy to sell the watches but fall very short when it comes to handling concerns - very disappointing, we will not be returning and we will be warning others away.

I ordered an Armani watch, delivery communication the entire transaction was superb.

Six months after purchase, my watch developed heavy internal condensation. It has not been used in water.

When I contacted customer services, Maria stated that, based on an image, the watch had “unequivocally been used in some water related activity.” I confirmed this was not the case.

The store manager, Jay, then responded that it was “not plausible” to take my explanation seriously, that their position was “firm and resolute,” and that they “will not entertain” a repair. I was also told I was “happily” welcome to seek legal recourse if I disagreed.

No technical report or detailed explanation was provided to support the conclusion reached.

Before posting this review, I looked at other Trustpilot feedback and noted multiple customers mentioning similar condensation issues. In that context, the immediate dismissal of my concern was particularly disappointing.

This review reflects my experience with the company’s after-sales service. Based on how this was handled, I would not purchase from them again.

Had wrong delivery address on order phoned watch studio they sorted straight away which was very reasurring .then had to change watch as son liked another one ,emailed company all done in minutes ordered new watch turnt up next day same as previous refund in 7 working days
