AA Car Care Avis

The mobile mechanic appears to have fixed the issue but was late arriving. I ended up having to take a full day’s annual leave from work because of this which means I now have no more annual leave left till the end of the year. Not very happy about that.

Excellent service, from initial booking to job completion.
Mobile mechanic at my own home, so I didn’t need to take time away from work nor battle with morning traffic to get my car to a garage and join a queue! Perfect job by the mechanic, he also had a quick look around my car to check tyres etc and he cleaned up afterwards. Total convenience and good value for money
I am very pleased

very polite helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. clean and efficient in his work.
nice to have the work done at home

Excellent service carried out on time with high level of professionalism.

Weather really bad but machanic still very freindly and profesional

On time polite changed all the brakes in good time and reasonably priced

Mechanic carried out the job in a professional and swift manner.

George was right on time, he was so friendly and helpful. Great experience for the first time using the AA.

Given 4 stars as Service was great the Customer Service not so much as recieved email stating not paid but paid when booked Service and had to make 2 calls and then whats app to resolve and then ask for my service notes to be sent over puts you right off booking again

Excellent convenient and professional service at reasonable price

Would highly recommend the AA Smart Care following a smooth booking and completion of a major service at my residence.

Cheaper than the quote from the dealer and other providers for the same major service.

The specialist was friendly, meticulous and efficient.

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Completed the service in good time and left the area clean and tidy. Would recommend every time and will, without doubt, make use of the service in future. Many thanks to all concerned.

Thye mechanic arrived before he was due, was very quick and efficient, did the job with minimum fuss, reparked my car afterwards and put my keys through my letter box as I asked him to, as I had to go out.

The mechanic was very friendly and helpful, he was and offered some good advice. My car runs great now

Friendly and efficient first class service will use again

Everything was great. The only downside is that the service issues were only communicated to me verbally. It would be helpful to receive a written list.

I had an AA technician come out to replace my brake discs and pads, and I’m very pleased with the service. The technician did an excellent job, was professional, friendly and efficient throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, and I am really happy with the result.

Great service from AA, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for a job well done!
