Excellent communication throughout - especially from Mike, who was extremely courteous and helpful. When they were unable to give us a courtesy car on the day, they immediately arranged a third-party... Voir plus
One thing I didn't like was the driver who brought my car back inspected the courtesy car before he contacted me so I had not seen or signed his report. Otherwise it was very good.

Poor communication
It looks like the repair has been done well but i do not know exactly what has been done despite asking for details. it also took much longer than initially indicated apparently because parts were unavailable.
However, it was the poor communication to advise when the car would be ready that was the main issue, getting almost daily texts to say the car was ready when clearly it was not.

Accident Repair Hub did a wonderful repair work on my vehicle. I am truly impressed by the neat and professional touch, and the ease of communication and transparency i enjoyed with them whilst my vehicle remained in their custody. They always kept me up to speed with the progress of work done and any other information i needed to be aware of. I am delighted to say that i have received my vehicle today 18 May. The service delivery is worthy of commendation, and i highly recommend their services and expertise to all. Well done Accident Repair Hub, you deserve your 5 Star!

The vehicle was returned with very poor…
The vehicle was returned with very poor workmanship
Fixings where missing from the bumper and trims
The paintwork had parts missing over spray and paint runs
The workmanship is way below standard and may even be dangerous due to fixings being missing

The replacement of the passenger door
The replacement of the passenger door , was excellent but I wasmore than delighted with the complete valeting of the interior and Exterior of my 8 year old car which was returned to me looking as good as when I collected it from the Showroom!!! My only gripe was the lack of communication between the office and me as to what was going on. It was only through my phone calls or visiting the office myself that action moved forward. The young man crashed into me just before Christmas but the repair was not completed until May. Apart from this I give Accident Hub five stars.

Excellent Service
The whole experience , from the car being collected to the car repaired and then dropped off at a location of my choosing was efficient , fluid and completely worry free . They did an excellent job . Thank you very much .
