I approached XLCR towards the end of May and asked to speak to Dan Farrow. Dan has been my main contact at XLCR for a number of years. On answering the phone, Dan knew exactly who I was even though I hadn’t spoken to him for almost 3 years. Dan was aware that my current lease was due to end within the next 6 mths and agreed it was the time to start discussing for ordering purposes. Dan was happy to discuss options with me and allowed me to ultimately choose the options that were right for me. We discussed me going away to test drive some vehicles before I re-contacted Dan on a number of occasions prior to making my final decision. Dan was patient, professional and not pushy at all.
