To say we disgusted with the service…
To say we are disgusted with the service provided by the boiler company is an understatement. It took a battle for them you to order an ignition part on my sisters boiler and when their engineer fitted it and it didn’t work, his comments were “we forced the company to do it” Totally unacceptable comments!
My sister who is registered disabled has been without hot water and heating now for several days at the worst possible time of the year! Every day speaking to the boiler company has been a battle and it’s clear they don’t want to spend any money on trying to resolve the issue.

Unscrupulous people who have no issues taking advantage of old women
I have just found a letter addressed to my mother with an upcoming direct debit next week. My mother is forgetful and I had to spend a lot of time tracking down insurance and maintenance companies offering the same service. 6 companies now. I asked for this direct debit to be cancelled but apparently we are passed the withdrawal period. The man on the phone was at least polite and professional. So that’s £255 pointlessly stolen from my mums pension next week for absolutely no reason and no apparent willingness on the boiler company’s behalf to take responsibility for what is obviously an unfortunate result of my mother’s age and health. Utterly cynical numbers driven company. Avoid.
⭐ 1-Star Review – Avoid! Incompetent Engineers & Terrible Service
I have had an awful experience with this company and would strongly advise against using their services. Since December 2024, I have had three different engineers visit my property due to an ongoing boiler issue, yet not a single one was able to correctly diagnose the fault. Despite providing videos and photos proving the problem, each engineer failed to identify the issue, leaving me without heating and hot water for weeks in the middle of winter.
Instead of resolving the issue, they misdiagnosed the fault multiple times—first claiming there was nothing wrong, then blaming the gas valve, when in reality, a qualified independent engineer later confirmed the issue was a weak pump. This level of incompetence from so-called "Gas Safe" engineers is unacceptable.
On top of this, they inflated the repair costs to push me toward replacing the boiler unnecessarily and then used policy loopholes to avoid covering the repair, despite my policy clearly stating it should be covered. To make matters worse, their representative lied about the boiler’s age on the phone to justify refusing my claim.
The worst part? This property is occupied by a heavily pregnant woman, who was left without heating or hot water, forcing her to seek shelter elsewhere due to their lack of urgency, accountability, and basic human decency.
I will also be reporting their engineers to the relevant authorities as I have serious concerns about their competency and qualifications.
If you are looking for a reliable boiler repair company—stay far away from this one! They take your money, fail to provide a service, and leave you in the cold—literally!
Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Called on Friday afternoon to register a boiler breakdown and leaking water. Was told they will call back no one available in office to speak to. Never called back some called again, said they will take details and callback. This happened 4 times by this time its 9.30pm, was promised an engineer would be out within 24 hours. Saturday comes and no engineer. So again made several phone calls each time told no one in office to speak to so leave message and someone will call back. After several phones calls told at 4.30pm on Sunday that actually no one is in the office to speak to on a Sunday. I explained on each of the phone calls that venerable elderly people are in the property (with dementia) and are left with no heating or hot water. So the company advertises a 24 hour 7 day emergency hotline alongside "Our network of 1000+ Gas Safe registered engineers are available 24 hour a day, nationwide" "We will dispatch our closest on-call engineer to your home and aim to be with you within 90 minutes " IT IS PRETTY CLEAR THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN FALSE ADVERTISING. Unbelievable that you advertise these claim's and leave Elderly Venerable adults with faulty leaking boiler and no hot water or heating.
