Price, communication and quality wheel build had me stoked. I really liked the “rider/store feedback” for each product too it’s great to get pretty much in store advice from an online store from people who seem to know what they’re talking about

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service! The whole process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. The boys, Eugene, Jono, and Tom, were such a pleasure to deal with—friendly, professional, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the wheel in time for race day, which was incredibly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. Custom XC wheels and a few spare parts
I contacted Eugene prior to ordering some custom XC wheels. Once I ordered the wheels, along with a few unrelated spare parts, the entire shipment arrived in a couple of weeks. Build quality seems good and I am really enjoying the ride quality. I was looking for a light wheelset and the final weight is consistent with the advertised weight on the website. A good experience.

Ignored a genuine return/refund request
Really poor service from Eugene, I bought a rear derailleur on the recommendation of a bike mechanic only to find out it would not work with my Cassette etc, 2 days after purchasing I explained all this via email and sms to Eugene who just blanked me - it was a genuine reason for returning but The Brig have not responded, disappointing and bad service!
