Hi Angelito, thanks for your comment. We have reviewed the email chain between us and are a little confused as to why you've given us a two star review. You had some minor issues with Auspost which we addressed immediately, phoning them on your behalf, and then you receive the item you ordered with just an extra day's delay.
It seems as if you ordered a Brose Transmission kit when all you needed was a 104 BCD for your Kenevo SL. We shipped what you ordered, and after you've opened the box and installed parts, we cannot offer an exchange. We would appreciate if you could, in the future, take a step back and appreciate that we are a discount retailer. Any warranty or issues from our end, we are extremely attentive to sort out. What we can't do is answer every question where a two minute google search would suffice.

The brig are great to deal with
The brig are great to deal with, it is a small company and put out great products. I had a slight issue with a wheel set when it arrived (a light wobble in the rear wheel, so nothing major) and Eugene did everything he could to ensure everything was rectified and I was happy. The Yama wheel set is absolutely killer, especially the new Wingman rims, they are awesome and look like they would survive a nuclear bomb!!
Definitely recommend the Brig and the Yama wheel sets!
