Build card is very good credit card I been them since 2017. I been in good standard with them payment on time very month thank you very much.

The customer specialist manager was great at assisting my needs after being placed on hold for 30 mins.

Call Center Support was very helpful in assisting me with verifying payments made to my account.

Professional and very polite. I appreciate the help rendered to me today.

The credit increase policies are fair, and the representatives are knowledgeable and helpful!

The person on the phone explain to me exactly what I needed to know and even checked to make sure he was correct. When I got off the phone with him I was relieved and he had answered all my questions

Tbe card is a good card and they work well with your credit and does give credit limit increases

The service is easy to use. Credit line increases are available every 6 months as long as you pay on time easy

The Build Card website had issues and processed 2 payments of me completely paying off my account. I called to rectify this situation. It is very difficult to get an actual person on the phone. In my first call with a representative they told me I had to wait until the both payments processed and that they couldn't cancel one. I called back when the payments posted and was told that a refund was processed, it would take 3-5 business days and I would get a confirmation email. I never received an email. I called back after a few days, it turns out they did not process my refund. I'm very displeased that a double payment was pulled for the entire account balance, the refund was never processed and that this is an ongoing issue. The last customer service representative was helpful and gave me accurate information. However, my issues are still not resolved. But overall, I'm very unhappy. Once this is resolved, I will look into closing my account due to all the hassle.

Hopefully someone from Build will reach back out to me to resolve the issues. I’m also incredibly aggravated that the payment has posted for double my credit limit. However the funds are not reflected in my available balance.
