I was sceptical about ordering from here, so I emailed before hand, and the customer service were quick to reply to me, they said nothing would be to much trouble for them to do. I placed my order and within the end of the week I had received it in a lovely gift box and as requested! I will definitely be pointing people this way to order from here and I will definitely be ordering from this company again. 100% recommended! Thank you so much

I ordered a personalised football club night light for my Nephew’s birthday. I paid for guaranteed next day delivery. The ordered was confirmed and dispatched within a couple of hours and set to arrive the next day. Unfortunately, Royal Mail failed to deliver the next day. I contacted The Card Zoo and the customer service of swift and partially
Refunded me for the inconvenience.
When the light turned up it was great. The perfect gift for my nephew.

I will definitely be buying from here again and would recommend them to others.

Never again! I ordered some photo bunting for my husbands birthday. I sent a photo of him looking down at a plate of oysters. The bunting came with just his face looking down at nothing. I told them If they couldn’t print the photo with oysters they should contacted me but they said I hadn’t asked for the oysters to be on the photo. I said it’s common sense that I wouldn’t just want a photo of someone looking down at nothing. They haven’t replaced it and I have 2 lots of large bunting I can not use. Do not use this company, dreadful customer service!!

I put in an order for my daughters birthday, a box with 2 bottles of wine, just the box arrived at my daughters, when I messaged them they said it was just the box and not the wine, I didn’t feel it was very clear I really thought it included the wine, for £26.44 it should of had wine as I thought, I was absolutely devastated when my daughter said it was just a box. Very in happy

I ordered several birthday cards and a bespoke designed slate coaster set. All arrived in good time and were really good quality. Very easy straight forward online ordering and I received a call from the slate coaster people to confirm the details of the design and they were polite and courteous too. Great packaging used to keep the goods protected in transit. Recipients loved there gifts and cards. I will definitely use card zoo again.
