The Card Zoo Avis 

I literally placed an order on the 23rd December and still waiting.
As others have mentioned, there is no communication with this company.
Very disappointed. First and last time using.
Hopefully, my order will come soon !

Fabulous service. I wanted to change a couple of things on my chosen design so emailed to ask if my requirements would be possible. Victoria responded to my queries very promptly and confirmed that my chosen design and wording was possible. It arrived within 2 days and is perfect-just how I wanted it! Would buy from again and would 100% recommend

I placed an order on 15 December for express delivery. The website makes clear it will be dispatched within 2 days and then delivered by tracked delivery the next day.

Since 17 December the website but I have not received a tracking number. The telephone number on the website does not work so I completed an online form on 19 December where I was told they were checking with the warehouse.

Very poor customer service and disappointing that I paid extra for express delivery and they have not received anything after a week.

This company and their products are amazing. i ordered 15 different night lights for all my grandchildren and they were her within 2 days and all perfect.
i even got 20% discount on my first order. i will definitely use again and i cant wait till xmas to see the grand kiddies faces . Thank you Card Zoo so much

I ordered a personalised birthday card for my eldest grandson's 10th birthday. Last year it was the Titanic. (He is obsessed by the Titanic). This year he asked for a Boeing 747. Sadly you don't have any commercial aircraft (please take note and remedy this!), So instead I ordered a beautiful gold fighter plane. It is printed on good quality thick card and beautifully personalised both outside and in. They are posted out in strong packaging so they don't get damaged. His birthday is on the 1st November, so I hope he likes it. 😃

Having recently recovered from numerous surgeries for cancer I wanted to thank the cancer care people who were there for me during some very dark days, I saw this company, the card zoo online and thought it would be nice to have personalized cards made to show my thanks for the surgical and aftercare team with a bespoke card, what I got was an excellently produced work of art with great design and unmatched quality with my words inserted very neatly inside cannot praise this company any higher, from order to finished product to delivery in pretty good time (considering how bad royal mail are) I would recommend this company because it's that personal touch that makes it more special to the person receiving it, so thank you all for your great work, keep doing what you do best it's a 10 from me

I’ve just received this order and I must say it’s absolutely beautiful, it’s a night light for our 1st grandchild who will be born in the next few weeks, the only problem I had is the massive choice you have, thank you very much ,❤️

Beautiful good quality cards, packed securely to prevent creasing or folding in mailbox , fast delivery but what’s better is the excellent customer service, second to none, 5* rating, even when I had ordered a personalised card with the wrong age ordered they still came up trumps for me and sent me another card on in time for the birthday. Top marks to the wonderful people at customer service who really care for their customers.

I ordered a personalised night light for my granddaughter’s Christening gift. The ad showed a lamp, decorated with beads and fairy lights, the product that I received was a sheet of plastic type material with no adornment at all. Item was of poor quality and not suitable for gifting, very disappointing.

We ordered a personalised blippi birthday card for our grandsons 4th birthday,quality was absolutely fantastic,glossy and high quality and the uploading and personalisation via the website was very simple to do aswell,all in all a very easy transaction and arrived super quickly aswell compared to other online card stores we've used in the past.
