I ordered an engagement keepsake box for next day delivery it arrived next day. Although it came damaged so emailed and I was sent another and received it the very next day fortunately not damaged this time. The service is brilliant I can’t fault them (apart from the damaged one which could have been in transit). I will definitely order from them again

The delivery time is so long! It took ten days for my card to be delivered. Thank goodness it wasn't a birthday card, but still the time frame is awful. The card itself was sadly nothing special, but luckily the recipient liked it.

The card I wanted for my grandson was hard to find ( captain underpants)but it was found on this site...personalised..and delivered in good time. Reasonable price too.....would be happy to use the company again. Very happy 6 year old...

I can't praise The Card Zoo highly enough. I've ordered twice from them so far, the first time I got carried away with the message to add to the guinea pig memorial sign, they were very polite in explaining I'd used too many words. Both my orders have been completed and dispatched super fast and I've been very happy with my signs. Being able to have a photo of a pet added to the sign gives it that perfect personal touch.

This company is fantastic! I ordered my nephew a personalised rewards chart from their website which was very user friendly. On emailing the customer service support a couple of days later to see if they could track my order, a lady instantly replied and told me how they had made the chart and that it had already been posted off to me which was very reassuring. It arrived that same morning and was perfectly done! Carefully packaged too in a 'Do Not Bend' envelope so I truly was most delighted, thank you very much!

I ordered a Titanic Birthday Card for my grandson, which arrived within 4;days of ordering. The quality of the card is excellent and the picture and my chosen words on the front are lovely and in good quality print. This is my first order with Zoo Card but it certainly won’t by my last. Very pleased with my order.

My niece surprised me with a card from The Card Zoo. She had sent a photo of me. What a shock I had when I opened the envelope. It is the most hideous image of me, bumps on my lips, I have even got a beard on one side of my face etc. I couldn't believe my eyes. I called my niece whether it was meant to be a joke. No, she said and they wouldn't send her a copy of the final work. It ruined my day. They don't deserve a single star from me.

This was a poster/print for my Niece a nice way to have her daughters birth details recorded.it turned out more it was a picture of the animals from Peter Rabbit+ Friends in soft pastel colours with Beautiful Writing of her Name ect.Now with many coming to visit the Baby instead of Repeating herself to each that asked weight.Time.ect They can read for themselves. I am so pleased I chose this site to do this work they were intouch throughout right up to delivery.And that was quick.
